Our remodeled condo is on the third and top floor with a spectacular view of the most beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean. We are located in the middle of the Island at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort which, as our pictures show, is better than ever with its new Ocean Center entertainment venue and The Zone, the new and best Sport's Bar on the Island. The Resort is known as well for its many activities for children.

With new appliances, granite counter-tops and dishwasher, our lovely condominium is furnished in a colorful and comfortable style. We have added a new television set with DVD/VCR player and a flat screen TV in the bedroom. We provide Free DSL internet service. In addition to a double bed in the bedroom, we have built in stacked bunk beds and a fold-out double bed sofa sleeper in the living room.

We are getting ready for another beautiful year, so make your plans early. For many this is the most delightful season of all on Hilton Head Island. Get a jump on the perfect temperatures, and ask us about our dramatic winter rate specials.

Hilton Head is located in the Carolina and Georgia "Lowcountry" with historic Charleston and Beaufort ("The Big Chill") to the north and romantic and inviting Savannah to the south.   • It was a great spring break for my 10 year old daughter -who loved the bunk beds. The place was neat a clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was great for snacks and sandwiches during the day. We would certainly come back. The workout room was great with all the new equipment

  • We just got back from spending a week at Hilton Head Island. The accommodation was super. Modern and bright and perfect for a family. I actually enjoyed cooking meals because the kitchen was great. We loved the fact that we were so close to the pool and beach. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

  • I stayed in this Condo last year and requested the same this year. It was great last year, and wonderful this year with all of the improvements. I love the romantic walks on the beach in the evening, and reading on the balcony in the morning while having my coffee. It's close to everything in Hilton Head, but private enough to get away from all of the hustle and bustle in the evening. I'll book again for next year definitely.

  • This was great for our family - 3 kids under 8. They loved the built in bunk beds and we loved the new appliances, granite countertops and flat screen TV in the bedroom. Above all, the beautiful beach was a stone's throw away and we could get back and forth easily and often. We're coming again.

  • I loved the cozy comfort and colorful style of the condo. Everything seemed so brand new and fresh. Morning coffee with the sunrise from the balcony was so relaxing. I didn't want to leave.
