The accommodation consists of: Five bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, allowing up to 12 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, a queen bedroom, and two twin bedrooms.
The first master contains a king-size bed and has a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with large Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. It also has two separate vanity areas, large walk in closet and a separate closet for towels and linens.
The second master contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms contain two twin-size beds. Bedroom five has a queen bed. All bedrooms have TV with cable. The two master suites and the other queen bedroom have DVD players in the room as well.
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the necessary appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook area which is ideal for informal dining and a living area with a 60 inch Pioneer Elite TV, DVD player, and over 200 channels.
A large great room, living room with a 60 inch Pioneer Elite TV, DVD/VCR combo, with over 70 movies, books, and games, a desk and chair for using your laptop with free wifi internet, and a formal dining room make this extremely spacious home ideal for up to twelve guests to enjoy. Adjacent to the formal dining room there is a fully equipped laundry room. There is also access to a 0.5 bathroom adjacent to the great room area.
Outside, the 26 by 13 foot pool is surrounded by a large extended deck, which includes a covered lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. This is all fully screened, helping to keep the pool clean. There is also an outside shower to use when you get out of the pool.
In the garage is a games room with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, TV which is used exclusively for Playstation 2, two video games rocker chairs, 26 Playstation games, wheel and pedals, and an electronic dart game.
Vacation Rental Amenities: This villa is equipped with all the amenities for a great vacation - including seven TVs, VCR, DVD, hairdryers, telephone with unlimited FREE calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the UK.

Activities and Attractions: Tuscan Ridge is ideally located for all the major attractions and offers a children’s play area, tennis court and community centre with gym equipment actually situated on this superb development. All of these facilities are within walking distance of the villa. Disney World, Celebration and the world renowned International Drive with it's numerous attractions are all within a 20 minute drive.
