Relax and enjoy our beautiful, second floor Condominium/Coach home in fabulous Lely Golf Resort. This second floor home, with 14 foot vaulted ceilings, has a large, screened, furnished lanai overlooking the Mustang Golf Course, where you can spend your mornings relaxing over a cup of coffee, or your evenings watching the sun set.
With over 2000 square feet under air, you have plenty of space to entertain or find a quiet corner to read. The large kitchen and breakfast nook are adjacent to the lanai and share the view of the golf course. There is a separate dining room as well, for more formal entertaining. The great room has vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting and a beautiful view of the golf course.
Our master bedroom, also with vaulted ceilings, opens up to the lanai and is furnished with a king-size bed. A huge walk in closet, master bath featuring a large tiled shower, separate bath and a double sink with plenty of counter space completes this luxurious suite.
The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third room is a den complete with large TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, and a Desk with High Speed Internet Access hookup. The second full bath is across the hall. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Our neighborhood also boasts a community pool within walking distance.
The Country Club has two world class 18 hole golf courses for your enjoyment: The Mustang Course designed by Lee Trevino and the Flamingo Island Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr.
The Player's Club and Spa is the talk of Naples, and is available for a transfer fee. This 7500 square foot facility features a large Lagoon Pool with Waterfalls, Lap Pool, Fitness Center with personal trainers, Steam Room and Showers, World Class Restaurant, Tiki Bar, seven lit Tennis Courts, Bocce Courts, Pool tables, Movie Room, complete internet access and so much more!
