Our Luxurious 5-bedroomed, air-conditioned villa with 24-hour monitored security system is set in the blissfully quiet residential development of Fairways at Imperial Lakewoods.
Standing in its own grounds with private, fully-screened, large heated pool with spa, it backs directly on to a green with beautiful views down the fairway.
It is furnished to an extremely high standard throughout, with spacious formal living room and elegant dining room, leading into the large den with 37" LCD TV and HDMI home theater system, with a Wii console and games. Free broadband Wifi internet connection and free USA and Canada phone calls are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator automatically providing ice and chilled water, cooker with ceramic hob, filtered water on tap, microwave, dishwasher, larger washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a toilet with washbasin off the den.
All 5 bedrooms are upstairs. All have cable TVs. The master suite has a king bed, LCD TV, his and hers basins, large walk-in shower, roman bath tub, large walk-in closet and separate WC. There are 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedded rooms, all with walk-in closets. 2 additional bathrooms with bath/showers and a linen closet complete the upstairs.
