This beautiful two-story, two bath, two bedroom condo is situated on Maui at Maalaea Bay. Central to everything on Maui, yet away from the crowds. Here you can enjoy the peaceful nature of the "Valley Isle."
The pool and barbecue are located only 10 feet from the ocean. In the evening you can barbecue with only the backdrop of the ocean and indescribable sunsets. Stunning views off of your lanai of the ocean and Haleakala. At night you can see the lights of Kihei and Wailea across the Bay. You can sit by the pool at night with only the quiet, the ocean, and the lights of Maui all along the beach.
This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, TV, VCR, fresh linens, laundry facilities, and phone. There is also Air Conditioning!!! Located in a group of condos, the beach stretches for miles to the south. You can enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets walking the uncrowded beach or just by sitting at the pool.<photo2>
There is surfing , swimming, or snorkeling depending on the weather conditions. Located only a short one mile walk up the road is the Harbor. There are several restaurants here and numerous boat tours. The crowded tourist areas of Lahina and Kaanapali are about 12 miles down the road and in the other direction Kihei and Wailea are about 8 miles. We are a short walk to the new Maui Ocean Center in Maalaea.
Excellent location because you are closer to everything than anyplace on the Island. You can get away from a busy day to a very peaceful place with only the ocean in front of you and sugar cane fields behind you. During the winter whale season you have some of the best whale watching on the island!!!
Even if my place is rented there are numerous condos on the beach at about the same rates. I can give you all that information upon request. PLEASE do not be discouraged if you want a different size condo. Other one, two, and three bedroom condos available with all sorts of views. |
