A Little Peace of Heaven is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home that sleeps 10 and has its own private (unheated) pool and wrap around screened porch. This home offers spectacular views of Alligator Lake, Grayton Beach State Park and the brilliant waters of the Gulf of Mexico at your back door. Rediscover the peaceful solitude of old Florida walking among the grove of romantic twisted live oaks sheltering the private woodland path to the beach or watching the children play in the lake's always calm outlet to the sea. Guests can walk to the beach through the back yard, never having to cross a single road.
The house begins on the second story which is your main living area. Large living room with built-in book cases, 27” TV, DVD/VCR, stereo with CD, sofa, 2 plush side chairs, 2 additional wicker side chairs, coffee table, and 2 ceiling fans. Games and puzzles make for rainy day fun. Fully equipped kitchen features wraparound breakfast bar with 6 tall directors chairs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker, electric range and a separate ice maker to keep up in the summer. Dining room has 6 chairs at the sturdy table and a French door leadcing to the screen porch. French doors from the living room lead to the screened porch which has a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Deck comes off screen porch and fabulous views of the lake, gulf, beach and sand dunes. Laundry room has super capacity washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms are on this floor. Queen guest bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, 13” TV, DVD, bedside table with lamp and a private French door leading to the deck. Private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Second queen guest bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, bench at foot of bed and 2 bedside tables and lamps. Bunk room has two sturdy bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds, 13” TV, DVD, 2 chest of drawers and its own private bathroom with vanity sink and tub/shower. Hall bath has a double vanity sink and a tub/shower.
Third floor has large master King bedroom with a large king bed, 21” TV, DVD, large bureau with mirror, 2 side chairs, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, and a French door to a private deck with picture-postcard lake and gulf views! Private master bath has vanity sink and tub/shower.
Private, gated, unheated swimming pool with ample furniture for the ultimate in relaxation. Parking for at least 4 cars under the house and in the driveway. Gas grill.
