You are also around the corner from the new Miami Performing Arts Center, and walking distance to Bayside and the American Airlines Arena.
This is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with 1100 feet of space. The unit is beautifully furnished, and a washer and dryer are in the unit as well as a wet bar and 2 televisions. The views of the Bay from the large balcony with huge sliding glass doors from both the living room and bedroom are breathtaking.
The building has 4 unique restaurants including a deli and grocery store that will deliver to your door. Bank, car rental, travel agency, dry cleaner and various stores are right on the property.
The facility has a huge pool overlooking the Bay, as well as numerous jacuzzis, and a fitness center and spa are located in the building. Outside your door is a marina, and a lovely park is directly next door.

Dear Mr. Gottesman: My wife and I enjoyed our stay in your penthouse level unit at the Grand for the months of October and November. It is a great location, adjacent to the beautiful water front park, and on site marina, shops and restaurants. The employees were always so very friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed for a few more months, as the weather was great. Thank you for the prompt return of our security deposit. The next time we need a rental in Miami, we hope your unit will be available.
