This immaculate, attractive apartment, featuring graceful arched detail and beautiful tiled floors throughout, consists of a spacious living room, separate dining room, large open kitchen well provisioned for gourmet cooking, two bedrooms (1 bedroom Queen & 1 bedroom King or two singles), and two spacious full baths, all elegantly furnished and fully equipped for gracious Mexican-style living. Corner unit provides lots of light on 3 sides.

Both bedrooms have good firm matresses, quality linens, lots of pillows, ample closets and lots of hangers. Master bedroom exits to tiled patio and private grassy garden area; enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffee or relaxed reading and birdwatching.

Maid cleaning services included once weekly and she does a beautiful job. All linens are provided.

It is quiet here, secure (night watchman) and extremely private, with lots of fresh air and just four minutes from the Instituto Allende and a 15-minute almost-flat walk to the Jardin, the center of town. Located inside a gated compound, you are just off the main street leading to Centro and 2 blocks from Instituto Allende, yet the ambience is of a garden with many huge trees, beautiful birds, a fountain and virtually no street noise. Many shops, good restaurants, the best bakeries, markets with imported products and organic produce, and now the new Mega luxury supermarket - all within easy walking distance. Taxis galore for about $2US and buses come by frequently, all right at the front gate.

Friendly, helpful neighbors live here, and lots of Canadian and US snowbirds visit in the winter months. Truly your 'home away from home' while you are here. No smokers, small children or pets, por favor.
