The East Wing of the 1860's Caleb Foster Farmhouse is nestled in a spectacular working orchard on the outskirts of Walpole, New Hampshire -- one of the loveliest villages in New England -- within sight of the Connecticut River, the Green Mountains, and, to the northwest, Mount Ascutney.
The renovation includes 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 guests, 2 baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sun-filled living room with gas stove and an entertainment center. It is available year-round and is perfect for vacations with family or friends.
Beyond the beauty of the orchard, there are hundreds of acres of woods and fields, plus two large spring-fed ponds for boating, swimming, fishing and skating. The property features trails for hiking, cross-country skiling and snowmobiling. For downhill skiers, Okemo is less than one hour away. And for snowmobilers, NH Corrider 5 traverses Alyson's Orchard.
