Beautifully furnished condo in Royal James Landing with views of the 13th fairway. There are two balconies, two bedrooms, dinning room, kitchen and spacious living room with a functional fireplace. The rental includes exclusive use of a four seat golf cart (golf cart only island) which will allow you to travel to the beaches, restaurants, BHI Club, Shoals Club, and many other island destinations such as the historic Old Baldy light house. The condo itself, has a pool but many guests take advantage of the Club pools.

Please Google the BHI Club and Shoals Club for a better idea of what they offer. There is a weekly group charge of $120 (covers all guests - no markup) for the BHI Club or Shoals Club should you and your guests want to take adavantage of the club offerings.

There is a private ferry that leaves on the hour from South Port, NC. The trip from South Port to BHI is 25min. Upon your arrival, you and your luggage will be taken by a free BHI tram to the condo.
