Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
We love the fantastic access to Heavenly mountain for adventures in the snow (snowboarding, skiing, sleeding and snowshoeing). Remote yet close enough to shopping and quality entertainment. The summer is also spectactular for jet skiing, sailing, swimming, hiking and kayak boating. We rent our sweet condo but do not get the time to get away enough so we rent the space and would be willing to sell shares for partnership in ownershp.

Our On The Heavenly Mountain Condo gives our family of 8 great drop in hassle free access to spectacular skiing and boarding for winter fun and yet maintain peace and solitude. In Summer, Fall and Spring seasons great hiking, biking, golfing, boating and year round entertainment is a big plus (Kiss, Bob Dylan, Paul Simmon, Elton John, Bonney Rait, Dana Carvey, Shakespeare, Boxing, Gambling, Fireworks, Dining and more) We love the rustic get away and enjoy nature and culture.

We had a great end of the summer before school starts for my husband and 15 year old son The weather was better than home by far!! ( bay area), and the water sports and hiking phenomenal! We rented jet skis at round bill and a ski boat at adventure sports and had a blast before back to school!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We look forward to another stay this winter in your condo !! My wife and three kids age 8, 12, and 14 had incredible snow time last year and our guests did too, The boulder lodge was great for lessons for the little one and the rest of hit the backside less traveled than the California side even on the weekend It was easy to make our way over to the California side via dipper and comet Best of all was the night life at the casinos when the kids where safe and tucked in for the night with the baby sitter you connected us to. She was awesome entertaining and educational There is something magical about skiing without hassling dropping right into boulder or the quick wall to stagecoach for the fast quad Also the Go Blue Shuttle is very user friendly and obviates the need for any driving and drops off and picks up right in the condo parking lot which comes in handy too Great clean romantic and personable space We also appreciate the ten percent discount for returning renters

We had an awesome time here... just a 5min drive up from the strip so taxis and buses were easy and cheap to use. The place was clean, nice, and comfortably slept 8 of us. The best part is that we had absolutely no icy stairs to deal with like previous places we have stayed. Definitely would recommend for fun or relaxation.

We literally dropped off the deck and skied into heavenly's slope and at the end of the day its a quick pop out of the snow and into the warmth of a great condo with a bustling fire. Had an Incredible time! clean and cozy!
