The villa is located in the prestigious Vistapark Resort Development, close to all Orlando Theme Parks, as well as world famous golf courses and conservation areas. It’s within an hour’s drive of both the Kennedy Space Center and the Gulf Coast.
This is a 5 star premier vacation home consisting of 5 en-suite bedrooms, a beautiful screened pool with spa and BBQ, sun loungers, table and chairs, and a separate external pool bathroom. It has a spacious, fully equipped, kitchen and large breakfast area with breakfast bar. The luxurious sitting room has its own fireplace, with a separate sumptuous dining room and a separate TV/ family room--all laid out in a beautiful open plan design, over 3500 square feet of absolute luxury. There are two master suites, both equipped with Jacuzzi® baths and separate shower rooms and dressing areas. The main suite is located on the ground floor, allowing easy access for the less mobile.
All facilities are on site. The villa is located in a secure, gated community with a Reception Center and services such as 24 hour concierge and controlled security. There is also an on-site management company on call for your peace of mind.
This executive, family, vacation home has a double garage with direct access to the laundry room. The secluded pool deck is situated at the rear of the property and measures 40 feet by 20 feet and is fully screened and has a 24-foot by 12-foot, heated, swimming pool with fountains, a heated Jacuzzi® spa, and underwater lighting. The pool deck also has its own electric BBQ and offers a separate, external, cabana bathroom. It is fully equipped with sun loungers and external tables and chairs.
From the outside, you will immediately recognize the superior quality of this home from the elegant front door and its electronic, front door, entry system. There is a 12-foot-high entrance lobby with magnificent columns that lead you into the great room with its high ceilings and spacious living area and the ladies powder room.
The villa has a beautiful formal dining room comprising a large, elegant, dining table with table settings, or there is the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with everything that you could need for the ultimate family meal, or a quick and simple snack. Choose to eat formally at the dining room table or informally at either the breakfast bar in the kitchen, or the breakfast table, or al fresco on the table by the pool.
The French doors and windows at the back of the villa open direct to the external, covered lanai and pool area with table and chairs; all exits to the pool area are fully alarmed for children's safety.
Pool heat is available at a supplement of $30/night. We recommend that you take this option between the months of October through to March if you wish to use the pool.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with plush wall-to-wall carpet and ceramic floor tiles in all wet areas. The villa comprises five large, ensuite, bedrooms, bathrooms, and ladies powder room, and it is designed to accommodate up to ten adults. There is even an outside bathroom in the pool area to save you entering the villa to shower after lazing by the pool or enjoying the swimming pool.
