This comfortable three bedroom, two bath lake house is perfect for a weekend getaway or a week-long vacation. With a king-size bed, double bed, two single beds, and a fold-out sofa, this lake house is sure to accommodate most any family. This getaway is sure to please with a kitchen, dining area, living room, sunroom, screened in porch, and a patio. A boathouse and dock are here for your enjoyment. Located in Lincoln Pinch in Crisp County, the water is always calm, perfect for swimming and fishing. Great fishing off the end of the dock. You are only three minutes from big water.
Many activities are available in the area. The Veteran’s State Park and the Lake Blackshear Marina is just up the lake where you can enjoy a nice meal, dancing, and concerts. The Marina also has boat/jet ski rental. A public boat ramp is located nearby in case you have your own boat or jet ski.

Sep 12-March 31 .. $150/night, 3 night minimum .. $800/week.
$60 one time cleaning fee.
$150 deposit.
Check-in at 4:00 am and check out at 11:00 pm.
Holiday weekends may require 3 or 4 night minimum.
