This Marco Island Vacation Rental is so-named "Pelican Loft" because of the spacious loft level with its own sun deck overlooking the neighborhood. The Loft has a queen size bed, private deck and TV. The nautical themed 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, large closet and access to the second full bath. The master bedroom has its own TV, bath, private screened deck with access to the pool and spa area. The fully applianced and stocked kitchen has a large pantry and breakfast bar.

A barbeque grill on the deck off the well appointed family room also has easy access to the kitchen and large sun deck which surrounds the heated pool and spa. The garage with automatic door opener provides covered access to the home, full size laundry and storage area.
