Great condo for summer or winter. Relax in 6-person Hot Springs hot tub, on a 25' x 8' deck with mountain views, or by the large living room fireplace. New Flat screen TV. Best ski-in ski-out access at Heavenly.
Great location includes hiking trails in the summer, with famous Lake Tahoe Rim Trail right outside front door. 10 minute drive to casinos and beach, and access to shared community association pool.
Beautifully remodeled condo has large living room with beautiful stone fireplace. Full kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, and full-size range. All dishes, cooking utensils, and linens are provided as well as a washer and dryer.
Two bedrooms, one with New Heavenly King Size bed and one with New Queen bed. Both Bedrooms have new Flat screen TVs.

Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
We wanted a condo as close to the ski slope as possible, and this condo is closest one to any chairlift at Heavenly Resort. We love Lake Tahoe, and this condo gives us beautiful views, and access to the casinos, the lake, but most of all, to the mountain!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo has a a six-person jacuzzi on a large deck, with mountain and ski slope views. From our building, it is 50 paces to the chairlift. We also have a great fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Stagecoach chairlift is 50 paces from the front steps of our building.

I'm a stay at home mom, raising a four and a five year old. Before they were born, we lived in the condo for three years, which I dedicated to remodeling the condo. I had the deck built (a huge project!), installed granite counters in the kitchen, and remodeled the walls, ceilings, and floors. Now I love going back with my family to enjoy it all!

Great condo, location, location, location. Stagecoach Lift just across the parking lot. Condo is spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The owners have remodeled this unit to make it warm and inviting. If you find the need to contact them, they respond quickly and work to resolve any issue you have. While in the area, eat close by at the Fox and Hound or visit the plaza at the gondola and be sure to eat at the Stateline Brewery. Was raining the day we arrived, but woke up to the first snow in over a month. Ended up with 46" in 4 days!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We stayed here for a week and had a blast! The location cannot be beat, as you are 5 minutes to the Casinos, and all the lake shore has to offer. The hot tub was fantastic....saw some of the best shooting stars I've ever seen! The condo is appointed with virtually everything you need for cooking....including spices and odds and ends left by previous guests (we ended up contributing as well! lol) Al and Anita are great, and were very helpful if we needed anything or had questions. Also returned the deposit in a timely fashion which impressed me! Bottom line......I would recommend this condo to anyone! Really a nice place in a great location!

We had a terrific vacation in Lake Tahoe and this condo made it ten times better!! The location is perfect for skiing because it is literally across the street from the chair lift. It was so easy to work with the owner, Anita, to make all of our arrangements and everything worked out just perfect. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is interested in going to beautiful Lake Tahoe!!! There was easy access to the bus service to get downtown for a nominal fee; so it is certainly feasible to stay here if you do not have a car.

Anita & Albert - thank you so much for letting us stay at your condo. Everything was absolutely perfect. No condo could be closer to the Stagecoach lift which is great because it has much less traffic than most of the other lift lines. The jacuzzi and fireplace was super and the kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and spices we could ever need. Your condo truly became our home away from home. We are definitely coming back. I was just about to book for next year until I realized my daughter's spring break is later next year April 12 -24. I may just have to come without her :) Thank you again.

Stayed Oct 10-12, '09. Nice location and if you want ski-out, ski-in, couldn't be closer to a lift. Hosts were responsive and easy to work with, greatly facilitating our stay. Hot tub was really nice and right there on the deck. Thanks again, we enjoyed our stay!

Anita -- I just wanted to drop a note to let you know HOW MUCH Reese and I enjoyed your lovely condo last week. It's just as cute as it can be and all the "homey things" that you have make it absolutely look like you just walked out of it. Everything was so great and I can't tell you how grateful we were to have found such a place. It was so wonderful to go out on that deck in the mornings, enjoy my coffee and see the beautiful surroundings. Trust me, that's something we can't do in FL at this time of the year -- far too hot and humid. If there is ever a way we can get back into the Tahoe area, you WILL be hearing from us. It was just perfect and we thank you so much for allowing us to use it.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Anita and Albert for such gracious hospitality! Not only were the accommodations so much more than we could have expected, but we had an emergency arise with one of our children and had to extend our stay. After calling Anita to let her know of our situation, she did not hesitate to check their calendar and allow us to stay in their condo until we could travel home several days later. Such a kind gesture considering we were strangers renting space for our vacation. The condo was packed with plenty of things for us to do, having not planned for the extra days. Our five year old had fun with all the puzzles and toys provided at the condo. We absolutely LOVED the hot tub and spent many evening soaking in it. It was great having a place to wash our clothes and to cook dinners. This was definitely a home away from home. We will recommend this condo to anyone we know is looking for a place to stay in Tahoe.
