Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
We wanted a condo as close to the ski slope as possible, and this condo is closest one to any chairlift at Heavenly Resort. We love Lake Tahoe, and this condo gives us beautiful views, and access to the casinos, the lake, but most of all, to the mountain!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo has a a six-person jacuzzi on a large deck, with mountain and ski slope views. From our building, it is 50 paces to the chairlift. We also have a great fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Stagecoach chairlift is 50 paces from the front steps of our building.
Owner's Map of Heavenly Valley
I'm a stay at home mom, raising a two and a three year old. Before they were born, we lived in the condo for three years, which I dedicated to remodeling the condo. I had the deck built (a huge project!), installed granite counters in the kitchen, and remodeled the walls, ceilings, and floors. Now I love going back with my family to enjoy it all!
