A few steps(half min.)from Sheraton Four Point Hotel and Casino (gambling late night-2am). Near to the beach (two minutes),the resort have own boat and mega-yacht marina, restaurants, water sports, best night life in the Caribbean, culture, music, wine cellar, gym, body fitness, etc.

The apartment is equipped with two color TV, with cable TV, alarm clock, fire extinguisher, coffee maker, bread toast, blender, microwave, refrigerator, 2 range stove, washer, dryer, silverware, VCR, CD player, DVD player, stereo music, air conditioner, ceiling fan.

A 24 Hours Security guard, private parking in the property with access control. Lovely, relaxing tropical view from the balcony--lake, coconut trees, ocean; at few steps to the beach(two minutes)

As soon you decide to book you give me a call or e-mail. Then will be a 20% for reservation. We'll send an invoice via e-mail using Pay Pal that accept all credit card. We also accept traveler check and cash.

Two week before arrive then send the other 80%. We do not take deposit. If something happen in case of storm or a personal emergency we'll honored the time you'd not use for another occasion taking in consideration the seasons.
The key will be set in a place that we agree in advance.

  • February 2009. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It is well situated next to the Sheraton for its amenities, but a very quiet location. Short walk to the beach, didn't need to rent a golf cart. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and will book this condo again if available.

  • My wife and I stayed for 10 days in this beautiful studio in Palmas Del Mar,Humacao Puerto Rico.We've been to Puerto Rico many times,but never had so much fun and relaxation. The villa was very clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable and all the amenities where there,the place was competely secure,private and really safe. Luis the owner was very accomodating and caring. My wife even hit a little jackpot from the casino next door, what more can you ask for? I highly recommend this place, can't wait to visit again.   • It was a great pleasure to stay one week in this studio apartment.My husband and I will do it again in the future.There is not many places around with so a beautiful view and peace like this one.We find every thing the way that the owner promised it was going to be.

  • My wife & I had the most wonderful time at this villa and Palmas del mar Resort community. To our surprise the villa looked way better than the pictures posted on VRBO it was very comfortable very well situated next to the Four Points by Sheraton hotel and a few steps from the beach. I recommend the rental of a golf cart, even though a little pricy but worth it to appreciate the lovely scenery of the resort and convenient transportation to different restaurants. The owner of the villa was very prompt answering all of my questions and keeping me informed with all the necessary information. I recommend this villa to anyone who wants to really enjoy their stay in Puerto Rico. My thanks again to the owner! AAAA+++++
