Spacious villa nestled in the forest with a stunning view of sea and mountains.
This luxurious villa with stunning views is composed of the main house (4 bedrooms) and a connected apartment (1 bedroom) : the “Pigeonnier”. The entrance on the main level gives access to the well equipped kitchen, and a guest bath. Following, the spacious dining and living room with fire place, glass doors opening to a sweeping and partly shaded terrace, overlook the hills and bay of St Tropez, as well as the pool. The lower level creates a cool and welcoming atmosphere to a large TV and activity room and 4bedrooms, complemented by luxurious bathrooms. French doors in each bedrooms open to a terrace acceding the pool.
While the main house is beautifully decorated in contemporary style, the Pigeonnier offers a charming Provencal surrounding. Accessible from the living room, there is a private entrance to the large kitchen /living area with fire place, French doors give access to its own terrace. An open staircase goes up to the elegant en suite bedroom with spectacular views.
La Jasoniere is located in the forests of La Garde Freinet in the Massif des Maures. With a southern exposure the Villa and terraces offer panoramic views of rolling hills and forest all the to the Bay of St.Tropez. A pleasant country road among the chestnut and cork oak forests brings you to the luxury villa perched on the hillside of the 6 hectare property. The natural setting of Oaks and the “garrigue” carries the aroma and sounds of nature right up to the terraces and paths surrounding the villa.
The home of an artist, the house is made of high quality materials and finishings, respecting the regional building traditions and style. The villages of La Garde Freniet (4 kms), Grimaud (8 kms) and Cogolin (10 kms) offer a variety of shopping, restaurants, regional products and local markets to browse, the sea and beaches are just 20 minutes away. St. Tropez and its exciting atmosphere is 25 kms away. The region has many other historical and cultural sites to offer.
The 'Pigionnier' offers its own fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and terrace. On the main floor, the living room gives on to a partly shaded terrace with outdoor furniture: two tables with seating for twelve, 6 reclining chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs. Pleasant seating areas are provided on all terraces.
