Experience Hilton Head Island in luxury and comfort when you stay in this beautiful, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, Palmetto Dunes Resort home. Classic wooden entry doors make a distinctive first impression as you enter a home where the decor is a perfect blend of old and new, highlighted by original artwork and natural outdoor vistas. Just beyond the foyer is a modern living room which has a cathedral ceiling, skylights, fireplace, and hardwood flooring. The formal dining area has a large table with seating for 6. Straight through the living room is a large deck which runs the length of the house and overlooks the golf course (Robert Trent Jones Course) landscaped grounds, and a pool with a soothing waterfall. Adjacent to the living room and separated by a dual fireplace is the family room, which features an entertainment center with TV/DVD, a family-size sofa, a wet bar, well-stocked bookcase, and a large sliding door which leads to the outside deck.
This 2600 sq. ft home has a very open floor plan and is great for entertainment. This is best exemplified by the family room / kitchen / breakfast nook area where most will gather during the afternoons and evenings. The breakfast nook table sits near a sunny bay window and a sliding glass door that opens to the Carolina Room and an outdoor cooking area featuring a gas grill. Opposite the Carolina Room is a separate laundry room which contains a full bathroom, pantry and access to the garage. The kitchen, defined by an L-shape dining/serving/bar counter has a unique island, bar stools, and an ice maker. To that add all granite countertops, GE appliances (dual oven) generous cabinetry, and direct access to the formal dining room. Back to the entry foyer and off to the left, a hallway leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King-size bed, two large walk-in closets, a TV, a large sliding glass door opening directly to the pool deck, and a private bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a skylight/moonlit Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms contain Queen Beds, plenty of closet space and access to a Jack & Jill bathroom. The third bedroom also has a Twin bed. Flat Screen Cable TV available in the Family Room. All Bedrooms have cable TV and the 3rd bedroom also has a DVD player. In addition to the pool, other outdoor amenities include a shower, and a short 10 minute walk or 4 minute bike ride to the beach. Thank you so much Anna & Warren. Your Hilton Head home was perfect for our month stay. The layout was just right for family and friends visiting, as well as for the two of us. The bikes were a wonderful addition-we used them everyday-from rides to Harbour Town to a jaunt to the General Store every morning for the paper. The proximity to golf, the beach, restaurants (loved Alexanders) - it was just perfect. Thanks for being so accessible to us for the few things we needed. Just hoping we are able to stay again, and maybe for longer - it's like our home away from home.

We were lucky enough to spend our Christmas holiday at this home, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The beach is both gorgeous, and huge! We rode the house bikes up and down the waterfront and saw several dolphins. My husband played golf and was very impressed with the course. The house itself is beautifully done with a large, family kitchen and very private sleeping quarters. Though it was too cool to swim, we sat out by the pool each morning with our coffee and enjoyed being surrounded by greenery. This was our first vacation to Hilton Head and staying here really added to our experience. We hope to visit again soon!

We went to Hilton Head to celebrate our sons Wedding, and not knowing really what we had rented, we were so surprised and thrilled with the Rojas house. It was complete with everything needed and close to everything. The cleanliness and comfort of the house was amazing. Our children are already thinking of coming to the same place next year. It was extremely enjoyable and the best we have seen. Thanks Rojas you made our week a joy!

Our family recently spent a week at the Rojas family home. The house is wonderful! We had plenty of room, everything you need is available and the pool was relaxing and enjoyable! The beach was too far for us to walk, so we used Palmetto Dunes' Beach Shuttle several times. We'd call them from the beach and by the time we walked to the street, the driver would be waiting. We've been coming to Hilton Head for nearly 25 years and we will definitely rent here again!
