Our spacious, light and bright Rocky Mountain two level town home offers you 1750 sq. ft. of comfortable living with 16 foot vaulted ceilings amid exquisite art from around the world. The entire unit has been remodeled and provides a master bedroom suite with king size bed, walk in closet, en suite bath and TV. A second bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bath and WiFi internet service. On the main level, the bedroom has twin beds, a pull out trundle bed, a TV and DVD. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space and drawers for storage. Linens, humidifiers and hair dryers are provided.
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with an eating counter. The dining area looks onto a national forest. The living room, with comfortable furnishings, has a TV, DVD, VCR, music system with CD's and a wood burning fire place (wood supplied). There is a washer and dryer in the unit and an outside deck.
A bonus for the winter is the attached heated garage. You can leave the car at home and take the convenient free shuttle bus to Vail Village. In winter, it comes every 10 minutes and stops in front of our complex. We are very close to Bighorn Park which has a new playground. Across the street is the Vail Racquet Club, which, for only $20 per day, offers access to a heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, a new workout facility and tennis courts. There is also a full service restaurant where you can dine in or take out.

Year Purchased: 1994
Carol & Hank Goldstein have owned this spacious condominium since 1994. At that time, they were living in Hong Kong where Carol, an epidemiologist, was working at the medical school and Henry was running a telecommunications company. This property is their second home, not a full time rental unit.
Why the Owner Chose Mountain Meadows
After looking at many properties, they chose this unit because it has the space they wanted for their family, an indoor garage, is on the free town bus route and is only 10 minutes from Vail Village. The East Vail area is predominately residential allowing a peaceful space away from the hubbub of the Village. The condo is just a block away from a lovely park with a wonderful playground. Carol and Hank moved back to Denver in 1998 at which time they renovated the unit. It is tastefully furnished with wonderful art and artifacts from the couple’s extensive travels.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
In the winter, downhill and cross country skiing are very close and there are many wonderful places to snowshoe within easy access. In the summer, there are an abundance of activities close by including golf, horseback riding, biking,river rafting, hiking,tennis, swimming and fishing. In addition, there are music and dance festivals throughout the season.
