The second floor “Garden Suite” condo at the Biarritz is comfortable and stylish and equipped with all you will need, from all linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including ice-maker. Entertainment is provided by cable television (in both living room and bedroom), DVD in the living room, and hi-fi with AM/FM, and CD and cassette player. Telephones in both kitchen and bedroom include free local calls (toll calls by credit card or phone card). The large luxurious bedroom has a California Kingsize bed, ample storage with drawers and a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, and private balcony for your morning coffee. Don't bother packing a hair-dryer, there's one in the closet.

Bring your laptop or tablet pc and work or just keep in touch with friends and family, high-speed Verizon DSL (broadband) wifi is included.

Don't forget your swimsuit and tennis racquet. Just steps from your front door are the sparkling heated pool and two spas. Also on the premises are two newly resurfaced tennis courts just for the use of residents and their guests.

Laundry rooms with new washers and dryers are just downstairs. Steam iron and ironing board are provided within the unit.

The gated Biarritz community is situated in the heart of downtown Palm Springs and only a short 2 block walk to the shops and restaurants of Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon Drives.

Allocated resident parking is provided, within the gated area, conveniently located for the unit.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this lovely condo which was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean and well maintained. The complex is very close to downtown Palm Springs and all its amenities and we enjoyed the streetfest which is held each Thursday evening. We loved watching the hummingbirds on the bird feeder, on the bedroom balcony and many more around the pool area, which was perfect for our afternoon dip. We would certainly stay at The Garden Suite again on a future trip to Palm Springs. The booking process was also very easy via the paypal system. Thanks very much Richard for all your help.

We just completed our week and it was wonderful! The mattress alone is worth the stay - its the best! The Condo is very nicely furnished in every way including the kitchen supplies. When you close your eyes at night not a sound is heard - loved that part as well. Enjoyed the communication with Richard the owner - he was very helpful and very quick to repsond to any request or need. We look forward to returning - just have to find the right time since this Condo is very popular!

Brian and I returned home last night from Palm Springs and wanted you to know how much we enjoyed renting your condo. The condo was absolutely spotless, tastefully decorated and one of the best-equipped condos we have ever rented. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which we used at least twice a day and we were impressed how well the property as a whole is maintained. The information you emailed regarding restaurants and places of interest etc. was so helpful. It was also perfect being able to walk to the downtown area. The weather was fantastic the whole week. Returning home late yesterday to much cooler weather (still some snow) was difficult and we wished we had rented for two weeks instead of one. We were also impressed overall how clean Palm Springs is and understand why people vacation there. (extract from emailed comments by renter)

My girlfriend and I where down in Palm Springs for the Coachella Festival in April. We had a great stay at this cozy condo. It was very relaxing, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool very much so and also enjoyed being walking distance from downtown Palm Springs. I would defiantly stay at this condo again if I where to return to Palm Springs in the future! Enjoy!

WOW. This must be the best value for money in all of the Coachella Valley. This Condo is the best in the complex and is just perfectly located and well set up for 2 people. The Biarritz is perfectly located for those who would like to be close to downtown and all the relevant attractions.

This unit is exactly as pictured and was immaculate and comfortable in every regard. The bed and bed linens were so comfy and cozy and the kitchen fully equipped. We enjoyed being only a few blocks from downtown restaurants so we could enjoy walking. The hosts are very accommodating and charming. You can't go wrong with this darling condo.
