Includes a spacious 750 square foot Great Room for those family get togethers. Enjoy beautiful white sand beaches 200 yards away with a close beach access across the street or enjoy the privacy of your own pool surrounded by native oaks. When you're not enjoying the views, you can be entertained by TV's in every bedroom, living room and kitchen. Tile or travertine floors are throughout most of the home.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 baths and washer/dryer. First floor bedrooms offer king, a set of twins, and queen size beds, and 2 of the bedrooms step out to your private pool with an outside hot/cold shower. The spacious second floor master offers a king size bed, large double shower, travertine throughout, Jacuzzi tub for two, and a large walk-in closet. The third floor suite offers a king size bed with a private full bath, private balcony, and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining room seats 10 at the table with 3 more at the breakfast bar. Along with the living room, this 36 foot long Great Room looks out on the large screened second floor balcony with its own seating areas overlooking the pool and views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We built our home on this spot because it is th spot where Scenic Highway 30 A comes to the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches are quiet and the crystal white sand beaches are amazingly beautiful. We are close but not too close to shopping and the Beach towns of Destin and Panama City Beach. We are 1.5 miles west of Rosemary Beach, .5 mile from Alys Beach and 5 miles east of Seagrove Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the quiet time at the beach, the sunsets and I love the sunrise as I am an early riser. We enjoy the privacy of our pool, swims with our dogs, our gourmet kitchen and our large great room. We escape to the beach at every opportunity. It is just 200 yards from our pool.

My wife Lynn and I have homes in Florida and Arizona. We are avid golfers and are members at Shark's Tooth Golf Club in Florida just 5 miles from Beach Escape and Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club just outside Phoenix AZ at the foot of the Superstition Mountains. We have resued 3 lab mixes and two cats and they are the love of our lives. We are Christians and love to share our home so that others can see the beauty of our Lord's creation.
