Wow... This place is just paradise. We just love this place!!! Once you are in here you don't have to and don't want to go anywhere else. The private beach (where you can snorkle with the kids) is safe and two swimming pools were so beautiful. Especially it's perfect for families with young kids. This villa is clean and luxury and has everything you need at home. The owner was so kind nice to explain everything we needed to know. She was a great help. I would definitely like to go back to this villa again if I have the chance. You won't regret staying here.

We have stayed in quite a few Ko Olina Beach Villas, visiting 1-2 times a year since 2009. This is our favorite. Great location ------------------- The Villa is on the ground floor of the Beach Tower, which is closer to the ocean than the Ocean Tower. It is very convenient being on the ground floor, because you can easily come and go from the pools and beach. The Villa lanai faces a lawn, with some water view to the side. Walk a few steps and you have a great "private" beach view. Although the lawn is shared with other Villas, there was rarely anyone walking past. There is a parking lot beyond the lawn, but we hardly noticed it because of landscaping which enhances privacy. Noise from the parking lot wasn't an issue. Very well-stocked with everything -------------------------------------------- The villa is very well-stocked - towels, beach toys, kitchen equipment, cleaning products, TVs, DVDs - everything we needed was there. Another nice feature is that all TV channels are listed on a laminated card, which is very handy. You can use fitness center ----------------------------------- You *will* have use of the fitness center and other member facilities, such as the bathrooms by the pool - unfortunately, not all Beach Villas offer access anymore. We used the fitness center all the time and it was great. Lanelle, the owner, is very professional and has obviously put a lot of thought and care into ensuring the Villa is presented to a very high standard. Thanks Lanelle!

We took all our kids and grandkids and stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villas for Christmas and New Year's 2011....our son and daughter-in-law stayed in your condo with their 4 kids (son 4 yrs, twin girls 3 yrs and son 1 yr) and of course, their babysitter! It was perfect for all of them, especially the children! There is a hugh grass area which was gated, off of the lanai for the kids to run around and play when they weren't at the beach or pool. Plenty of beach toys....fun! My husband and I stayed in the condo across the hall from your condo with a few more of our kids....it was perfect! We also visited the new Disney Hotel and attended their character breakfast with Mickey and Minnie on Christmas Eve (make reservations!)....it was a blast! We also visited and played the Ko Olina Golf Course....another great day! I would highly recommend your condo and we look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful vacation home for the whole family. The snorkling, swimming, walking, sunning and sightseeing is superb. We have not vacationed on Oahu for many years but decided to bring our whole family for a week. It was the perfect spot for our grandkids. We all loved it and the owner, Lanelle, could not be nicer.

This groundfloor beach villa was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It opens to a grassy area for children and was easily accessible for us seniors. All we could ask for to provide for outstanding living accommodations was available in the villa and the interior decor was lovely. The bay and sunsets are spectacular! The owner was always available by email and telephone for local eating establishments, shopping and remained enamored in making our vacation the best possible. My highest regard and recommendation to the owner. This is an Island Dream location!

Wonderful - hoping to return

Our family had a wonderful time over the holidays. The unit was comfortable, quiet, convenient, and stocked with all the "family" things you need but are difficult to bring with you. Ko Olina exceeded my expectations with its lagoons (with turtles!), beachwalk, and quiet ambiance yet close to Costco, Target, Safeway, etc. Beach Villas are GREAT - my husband was in the gym everyday, the pool is very kid friendly, and the atmosphere relaxed. Roy's is a pleasant walk if you want a nice dinner, and the corner market and ice cream shop is a good diversion for the kids. The unit's owner was professional and a good business partner, accessible when we had minor questions. The transaction was fair, simple, no fuss/no muss. ONLY complaint is the wimpy dryer - don't expect to do do tons of laundry - but hey, you are on vacation, you would want to do that, anyway!

Owner response:I fully agree with the wimpy dryer complaint! Unfortunately, the Bosch dryers came with the villa and ALL of the villas here have the same dryer. It is still capable of doing small loads. Best to allow for time and patience!

We found Lanelle's villa to be outstanding. We were very impressed with the level of detail she has applied as she has thought of everything her guests may need during their stay. In addition, Lanelle was always extremely prompt in replies to each and every question we had. Our group consisted of 3 generations with the youngest being 8 months and 2 1/2 years old. Having baby items (crib, pack and play, hi chair, baby monitor, books, toys, etc) was a huge help. Having the lanai and lawn on ground level provided quite a homey feel, greatly increasing the living space of the villa. My little granddaughter loved watering the plants with the toy watering can. The resort is a great place for families with small children. The lagoons provide the beach experience for little ones with less concern of strong waves. There are pools to please everyone. The cleanlines of the resort is exceptional. I even saw a staff person dusting the fence railing! I can say without reservation that Lanelle will go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. My family and I would not hestitate to recommend her villa as your home away from home. You will not be disappointed!

This condo is great for families with young children. Grass area off lanai was perfect for my daughters, ages 3 & 5, to play on. The condo had EVERYTHING... toys, boogie boards, chairs, lots of baby stuff, etc. There are two pools, one is adult only. The lagoon pool is great for kids. There is a sandy bottom part that is only 1 foot and the rest of the pool is 3 or 4 feet deep. We enjoyed cooking dinner at the bbq's while the kids played in the pool. The lagoon are also fun for snorkeling and because there are no waves the kids had a blast. We saw lots of fish and a sea turtle. Lanelle was great and always responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our trip. This condo was a much better option for us than a hotel. There is a upscale ABC store called Country Store within walking distance that was great for groceries and souvenirs. We all had a great time!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Lanelle's awesome beach villa. The villa was even nicer in person as compared to the pictures and was packed with everything we needed for our 3 year old and us to enjoy the incredible property. Being on the ground floor was a great bonus as it allowed us to easily step outside and play with our child. I also can't say enough about how wonderful the Ko Olina Beach Villa property is. All the facilities are simply beautiful. We had a blast hanging out by the pool and the beach. One of the nicest parts was that the place was very quiet, but if you are looking for more action, you can just walk over to the JW Marriott. Lanelle is a great owner who always responded promptly to my inquiries. I hope to stay here again ASAP!

Lanelle was an amazing host. She stocked up the whole condo with everything a family could ever need or think of. She was a lifesaver in having cribs and highchairs, and lots and lots of toys. She also had every high end and new appliance, including awesome Vitamax blender. The Beach resort is amazing. It was so nice to be able to either walk outside the lanai and either go to the beach or pool. And the privacy vs anything closer to the pool, was great. We will be back next year, or sooner if I could convince my husband to take another vacation this year.
