It is fully furnished with all the amenities for luxurious living whether you bring your boat or just enjoy lakefront living.
The living room has a gas fireplace for chilly evenings along with a full-size TV, DVD, and VHS player and waterfront view. The dining room seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped for dining and entertaining.The patio overlooking the water is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor table and chairs. Don't feel like cooking? Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Three spacious bedrooms include master suite with king-size bed, TV, and private bath. The other two bedrooms include a queen-size bed and two (extra-long) twin beds with tv's in both rooms.
Like to exercise? Go for a swim in the pool or play tennis at the courts right on the premises! There's even a boardwalk along the lakeside for jogging or an evening stroll. Everything you need right outside your own front door!

We purchased our vacation rental after re-locating to this area.
After buying "our home" in the same building and absoloutely loving the area with so many attractions nearby and the beautiful view of Lake Norman we thought rental property here would be both convenient and easily accessable to acccomodiate our travelers.

The condo, location, conveniences (includes an elevator), and overall attention to detail inside and out are exceptional. Thank you so much for the long weekend rental. We only wish we had scheduled a day just to enjoy just being on the lake. We will look forward to visiting/renting your lovely home again in the future!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time at Lake Norman! Denise's condo is beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, and had any and all necessities you can think of. The pictures-even as beautiful as they are-honestly, do not do the condo justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was, from other vacationers to the year-round tenants. And the view from the patio and the master suite is just gorgeous! The next time my family and I vacation in or around Lake Norman, we will definitely be staying here at Harborside. I would highly recommend it!!!
