Thank you for looking at our home. This house has just been completely remodeled from the ground up to offer comfortable and chic accomodations conveniently located to both Main Street and skiing. We are aggressively looking to get it rented for the entire winter as this is a great place in a great location!
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!
We are approx. 5 minute/ 300 yard to walk to Main Street and all restaurants, bars, etc. as well as to/from skiing (Park City Mountain Resort)via Upper Norfolk access. If you decide to ski Deer Valley, Silver Mountain Lodge is a short five minute drive away. Other resort drive times; 10 minutes to The Canyons, 45 minutes to Snowbird,Alta,Brighton,Solitude,Sundance, 50 minutes to Snowbasin, Powder Mtn. Free public transportation and Main Street Trolley are just down the street. Our house is also uniquely located just steps away from trail access for mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, etc. Perfect for a winter or summer getaway.
COMFORTABLE, CHIC, NEWLY REMODELED
The interior and exterior have been completely remodeled this past summer and offer comfortable modern living quarters. This home is a well designed 1400 square feet with three bedrooms on three floors. The lower and main bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam matresses and down comforters, the upstairs bedroom has a full and twin bed also with down comforters. Additional sleeping accomodations can be had in a folding futon/bed in the loft. Slate bathrooms are located on main floor and lower level.
DOWNTIME ENTERTAINMENT
Our TV room is equipped with very comfortable seating to relax, watch TV, listen to music, or play video games. We have a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, Playstation 2, and surround sound. There is a docking station for an ipod that is connected to the stereo as well. If you need to call your friends to tell them about your great day of powder skiing, feel free to use our phone with free long distance.
PARKING & VEHICLES
We have convenient off-street parking for two vehicles, which is hard to find in Old Town. We would highly recommend renting a 4x4 if you come in the winter as Old Town roads can get snowy and slick.
INFANT ACCOMMODATIONS
We can accomodate infants/toddlers with a crib, bumpers, sheets and any other item you may need to make your stay more comfortable for an additional fee.
SUMMER BARBEQUES!!
Our exterior deck has BBQ in the summer for casual evenings at home.

We loved our Christmas holiday stay in this cozy home. The location is convenient to Main St. in Park City. It was comfortable and surprisingly functional for 6 people. We look forward to coming back. The landlord, Mike, was very helpful and a delight to work with.

This is a beutifully remodeled home just up the hill from Main Street. It is walking distance from restaurants and night life, although easier walking down hill than up! Mike and Erin were delightful to work with. Don't pass this house up!
