Very private cottage, NO traffic. The cottage is directly on Harmon's Harbor. We have a 70 foot dock for fishing (mackerel and striped bass) and sunning. Lobsters are available at dock price.

LOVE the Looney Bin!

We have stayed at the Looney Bin twice and would definately stay again in the near future. The cottage is a perfect home away from home. The location is great and is very close the beach at Reid State Park, Georgetowne Pottery and the shops in Historic Bath. This cottage is stocked with everything that you need in a vacation rental. The owners - Patti & Steve - are very kind and made us feel very welcome. The best perk about the Looney Bin is the unlimited supply of Lobsters!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.
