Aloha and welcome to my home! Perfectly located in the lush tropical setting of the historic Hawaiian plantation community of Puamana, on Maui's west side. My home is right on the ocean. It is a four bedroom, three bath air conditioned home with new interior that has been beautifully decorated.
Walk out onto your lanai and step into the warm water of the Pacific ocean to swim, surf, kayak, boogie board or just float on your floatie and watch the whales go by (in season). My home is a two story end unit with only one neighbor allowing you to fully enjoy the panoramic views. This private and quiet location is the perfect getaway for families, friends, couples and honeymooners. Welcome to Old Hawaii!
My home is a leisurely stroll to downtown Lahaina, an old whaling town featuring many great restaurants, shops and activities. Just five minutes away and you will "tee" off at some of Maui's world class golf courses. On those "do nothing" days you may simply want to place your lounge chair under the swaying palm trees and catch up on that elusive novel as you gaze at the unobstructed views of Lanai and Molokai, and of course the Maui sunsets.

Why the Owner Chose Puamana
We found Puamana to be the PERFECT location. We owned other homes on Maui before and were never quite satisfied. Puamana has it all! It is on the ocean, set in a lush tropical setting within a gated 30 acre community. It is within walking distance to Lahaina town and allows us the freedom to be busy or not as we choose. The home has 4 large bedrooms so the entire family can be together without feeling cramped. Somehow we find ourselves all meeting on the lanai every evening to watch the beautiful sunsets and catch those last minute waves.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Puamana has 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, badminton courts, a children's playground, and of course the ocean with some of the best boogie boarding and surfing waves around. The clubhouse, just over the footpath from our home, also has a large lanai and grassy area to spend evenings or lazy afternoons. Our home is just in front of the beach access and next to a large grassy area, so we usually like to BBQ as we watch the sunset and then take a nice stroll into town.
Shopping center for small groceries, cafe for coffee and bagels, Pacificos restaurant, Feast at Lele, Maui Hands gift shop, Goofy Foot Surf School.
There is a big banyon tree on this corner, just in front of the pier where you will find ocean activities to sign up for, including fishing, scuba excursions, whale watching boats, dinner cruises.

We are a family with 4 daughters and our home base is the San Francisco Bay Area. We have been coming to Maui since the children were little and have established family history on this beautiful island. As the family grows larger,adding husbands and grandchildren,we are dedicated to being together on Maui for holidays and summer times. Meeting together on Maui is a family tradition! The entire family surfs and paddle boards. Since our home is right on the beach, we spend the majority of our time in the ocean.

Great place to spend a family vacation. You can't get closer to the ocean. The house is beautiful and well stocked with anything you might need. Good luck putting the family cooks to work with so many great restaurants a walk or short drive away. We enjoyed Lahaina. We like to dive and play golf. Lahaina Divers is 1st class and there is lots of golf to choose from. We also spent a day at Piioholo zip line for a fun and memorable day. We enjoyed our visit and plan to return! The owner was great and was happy to help or answer any questions that arose. We would recommend this property!

We had a wonderful week with our family. The place was perfect....an ideal location with a beautiful sandy beach directly in front! We loved the fact that it was a short walk into Lahaina. The kids enjoyed the tennis, badminton and bacci ball available by the clubhouse..I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. We will be back!!!!!!

We just spent eight wonderful days at your home in Puamana on Maui! The location on the beach (sand not rocks!) was terrific and made for easy access to the ocean. We even saw three turtles near the surf line on afternoon. Of course we loved hearing the surf at night. Sunsets over the island of Lanai were spectacular, weather was great (slightly cool for this time of year and no rain showers) and home was close to everything. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Short walk down Front St. to Starbucks every morning and the shops of Lahaina. 2 cruise ships in one day, so we stayed out of town that day! Pleasantly surprised by easy access to Kapalua and Wailea – where we golfed four days. Traffic wasn’t too bad and travel on “island time” fine. The house was beautiful – decorations, furniture and kitchen all inviting, usable and quite comfortable. Liked having a living room and separate family room! Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and drinks and we ate in every night except for one (we can eat out at home). Thank goodness for COSTCO and Safeway! BBQ was perfect too. With four couples, we were a little concerned with two sharing the upstairs bath, but all went well. Loved the front upstairs bedroom with its own lanai. All the beds were comfortable and everyone returned extremely relaxed and happy. Again, we had a wonderful time and if we ever take that many people back again, we'll be sure to contact you.

What a delightful spot! Views that can't be beat - surfers, sunsets, pools, and the lanai so close to the water make it difficult to leave and visit other parts of the island! The condo is well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. We sure hope to be back soon!

We went with another couple and their adult daughter and her boyfriend and had a great time. There was plenty of room and the location of the home to the beach was spectacular..My wife and I are still missing the wave sounds that helped us sleep at night. PacificO resturant was our first meal and was great. We did Ziplining,snorkeling and a hike to 4 Falls which was like an Indiana Jones Movie. Would recommend this home to anyone who would want a beautiful location and relaxing atmosphere

My wife, daughter, daughter's boyfriend, and best friends (husband and wife) stayed at Cathy's beautiful condo. In my opinion, the condo sits on the best spot in the entire area. There is a nice grassy area just outside the patio, atht leads firectly into the sany beach and ocean. Amazing!!!! The amendities both provided in the Condo itself and on the grounds are wonderful. The owner is wonderful, the place is clean and updated, it is centrally located to where the action is, yet is the condo and the grounds are quiet and private. When we go back, this is the place we will stay!!!

Dear Cathy, I want to thank you for allowing our family to stay at your home. We did our best to treat it as we would our own, being extremely careful with rinsing the sand, etc. We loved Maui and we were swept away by the view and the sound of the ocean. Your home is in a great location, and I don't think we'd ever be able to go back and stay anywhere else. I was relieved to see that the pictures were exactly what we got, since I have been disappointed in some other experiences with renting homes online. So thank you again for allowing us all to stay there. We were very comfortable. I will send you some pictures as soon as I download them from my camera -- I'm still catching up on laundry.

We recently spent a week in this wonderful property. There is plenty of room and its location is outstanding. You get the best of both worlds in that you are right on the water yet you are close enough to walk to town. We will stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

The trip was to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday, so my four adult children and my sister and brother in law were included. The eight of us were quite comfortable in this home. It was very clean and well maintained. One day we ventured up to the hotels several miles away to check out the beaches there, but couldn't get back to our own little quiet beach fast enough. My kids surfed and/ or paddled boarded every day. We even did some fishing in the surf and caught a few. Beautiful setting, nice sandy beach 30 feet from our patio, lush grass between the patio and the beach and on the side of the house. The sunsets were phenomenal and sleeping to the sounds of crashing waves was hypnotic and completely restful. I have already recommended this home to some of my friends.
