Do you dream about a place with crystal clear turquoise water? Uncrowded beaches with pale pink sand? Boating to secluded islands? Snorkeling and diving with no one else around? World Class Deep Sea, Reef and Bonefishing? A place with casual beach front bars? Well, Abaco & Great Guana Cay are for you!

Beach Walk Cottage is a recently remodeled three bedroom, two bath house in Great Guana Cay’s Settlement. We’re very close to the Public Dock, just make a right and then a left at Milo’s Vegetable Stand and you’re there! We’re 150 yards to one of Abacos most beautiful beaches and within walking distance to the World Famous Nippers and Grabbers. Also close by is Island Flavors (great burgers and sandwiches), Fig Tree Liquor and the new Drug Store & Sandwich Shop. Just around the corner is Sea Shore Villas/Pirate's Cove featuring Jerry & Chorene's yummy home made food and a tiki bar! Guana Grocery is a little bit further down the road.

Although there are ceiling fans throughout the cottage, there’s central air conditioning for those days that you need it. The master bedroom has a very comfy king-size platform bed with storage. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be pushed together to form a king, and the third bedroom has a double bed. There are two full bathrooms, one with a cute ‘hula skirt’ shower curtain! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and everything else you might need. There’s a Weber kettle barbecue and even an outdoor shower!

Hang out on the "surfboard" deck with a cocktail and watch the "world" go by. You’ll meet lots of nice people. This is also the perfect place for a barbecue or your morning coffee. If you’re into a more indoor mood, hang out at the bar inside complemented with a hand-painted tropical mural. We have satellite TV and a VHF radio, but no phone. You can listen to the Cruiser’s Net each morning on channel 68 at 8:15. It’s a great way to hear about restaurant specials, weather, what’s happening in Abaco, and have a few laughs.

Great snorkeling is right down the palm lined path, so be sure to bring your gear. You'll be amazed at the colors of the fish and coral and how clear the water is! A rental boat is the perfect way to see Abaco and all the surrounding cays (pronounced keys) and we can help you arange that.
