This simple yet luxurious house - remodeled in 2007 - is situated on five private acres surrounded by expansive green lawns, lush plantings, and gorgeous, panoramic mountain views. Romantic and secluded, it is perfect for one couple or a couple with children.
The house has a very open, airy feeling with vaulted ceilings, numerous French doors and stunning views from every window. The house includes: A large great room with gourmet kitchen, which makes for a comfortable living and dining area; master bedroom, with king-size bed plus comfortable couch/daybed; and master bathroom, with two sinks and double shower for two. There also is a beautiful Hawaiian-style outdoor shower. House is quite spacious - more than 1500 square feet. Up to 2 children can sleep on futons (provided) in the main living area. Amenities include cable TV with DVD, i-Pod ready CD/stereo, high-speed wireless Internet, and a lanai with gas barbecue and dining table.
Breathtakingly beautiful and very private, yet less than 10 minutes from Kilauea town and beaches. Close-by Anini beach is one of the longest and safest on Kauai for swimming: wind surf, kayak, sail, or just swim. Anini has a large Beach park and on Sundays there is usually a Polo match. Just 15 minutes from the world famous Hanalei Bay and Princeville Resort, where you will find the 27 hole Makai Golf Course, the world class Prince Golf Course, and the Princeville Shopping Center. There are two Horse Riding Stables very near by, and the North Shore boasts many hiking trails.
