This is a well kept unit has ceramic tile throughout, and is short walk to the private beach. Updated with bright beach colors last year! Unit is right across the street from Captain Dave's Restaurant on the Gulf. The pool is a few yards from the unit and is heated during the winter. Tennis anyone? There are free tennis courts and lots of green space for walking and grilling. Chateau La Mer has over 200 feet of private beach front property with no construction, a rarity in Destin these days. Owners will consider pets.
