This is a fantastic NEW house located approximately one mile north of the Surf City pier on a nice quiet street. It will comfortably sleep ten people in its four bedrooms (3 with queen beds and one with 2 bunk beds) and offers a sofa to accommodate an additional person if necessary.
Each bedroom faces the ocean and has a private sliding glass door with access to an oceanside deck.
It has two huge oceanside decks, a separate sitting deck right on the dune and a private stairway to the beach.
There are three full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your living needs. Three bedrooms have private flat screen TVs and there is a larger TV in the den. All with cable.
An outside shower with hot and cold water is located on the deck for washing off as you come in from the beach.
