  This townhouse has everything one needs for comfort and ease of access to all that Rehoboth Beach has to offer. we brought our two adult children and their spouses,,and a grandchild from each family,,,there was ample room for all, with private baths for each family,,and diaper space for the pee-wees,,, pool close but not noisy,,good parking right up against the house,,easy shopping,,food and otherwise,,,bathrooms modern and excellent condition,,,great use of washer and dryer in kitchen area,,,fantastic screened porch with bbq gas grill for nearly daily use,,,owners very helpful and gave some great advice,,,need more hangers in closets,, nice kitchen appliances,,and lots of couch space,,,tvs need some new flat panels with dvr capacity,, tennis courts across the parking lot,,easy access,, recommend this condo as being faily priced and well maintained,,, no smoking a great plus,,,,thanks Barry from Marv and Jane and Family

As for the tv's, we will put them on the long-term list. As our repeat clients know, we try to improve a little bit every year.   Myself , husband ,son,daughter and there children enjoyed our stay at 2 Kendall Lane very much. Had a bedroom for everyone and slept 10 very well.Everyone enjoyed the screened in porch .Nice to sit there in early morning and late at night.Kitchen was well equipped ,had everything we needed. Very close to pool. Our family enjoyed tennis courts also.Also very happy with wireless hookup! we all had nooks and I pads and could use them. Thank you for a great week and great treatment from Mann reality. Short distance to beach and restaurants . The pictures on line do not look as good as this place really is I would recommend this place and would go back again.

  This was my first time back in Rehobtoh beach in 11yrs since my dad who lived there past away. I can tell you our stay was wonderful!! The whole family had a great time and couldn't get over everything that this place had to offer! From all the great cooking items, to dishes, to the beach chairs, tennis raquets, pool noodles, etc!!! The decor was also well done, the furnishings where perfect as well. We had a BLAST!! The place was super clean and neat, and this is saying something if my mother in law didn't complain! The home had everything you could want, a tv in 4 of the rooms, a great stero with an ipod doc, washer/dryer, etc. The screened porch was great to sit out on in the morning with coffee, and nice to relax late after a long day at the pool/beach. The access to the pool and tennis courts is only a few feet away which was super conveinient!! The home is out of the way enough where you have a quiet and relaxing area around you but you are also close enough to everything great that Rehoboth has to offer. Some great places are within walking distance, BIG FISH GRILL, The FRACTURED PRUNE, GELATO GAL, others places DOS LOCOS, IGUANA GRILL, THRASHERS, CRYSTAL RESTAURANT, JUNGLE JIMS are just a short drive away. We have no real complaints for this place, we had a great time and will for sure be back again next year!! If anyone who stayed there has any clue what the meaning is for the big painting by the dining room table means please share!! That was the one thing that had us ALL guessing that week, lol!! ENJOY REHOBOTH!!!!!!

  Just as advertised - a really great beach house - plenty of common areas to socialize & space to get away. I would highly recommend on website for guests to bring or rent bikes, especially on busy holiday weekends. Also remind guests with final email to bring towels and linens - that was a bit unexpected. It would be great to have recycling options. Many thanks for being flexible with us on arrival and check out. We would certainly come back and recommend to friends and family.

Additional information about rental rates

50% required to hold the reservation. Remaining 50% must be paid in full by 30 days before the start of the rental period.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Our property management company charges $65 processing fee with the rental agreement. 3% surcharge for credit cards. All other taxes and fees included in weekly rates. Cleaning is included in weekly rentals. ($100 for off-season shorter rentals.) Property management offers $50 non-refundable damage insurance in lieu of refundable security deposit.
