  My family stayed at this lovely home for my wedding which was held just down the street at the Double Eagle Resort. This house is perfect in ever way! We entertained my guests with a catered dinner from "Anything Goes Fine Catering" for my rehearsal dinner at the home and it was perfect! My family stayed at this beautiful home for a week and didn't want to leave! We will definitely be coming back and reliving our stay in this home. Bryan, the property manager was very accommodating and fabulous to work with! Look forward to our return! Thank you Bryan!!

  A group of friends and I rented this amazing home for a bachelor party weekend, and were all excited based on the pictures. Upon arrival, we were blown away and concluded that cameras don't exist yet that can capture this place. The condition is absolutely pristine, the views are gorgeous, and the house defines comfort to the extent that it was hard to tear away to go fishing (and that is saying something). Additionally, Bryan (property manager) is a dream to work with, easy to contact, friendly, and extremely professional. I hope to return next summer for another perfect week!

  Just back from spending a week in paradise! This home has it all. Top of the line amenities, from the sauna in one of the master bedrooms, to the appliances available for use in both kitchens. The only sounds you hear are from the creek that runs below the property. Lots of places throughout the home to relax, kick-back and just unwind. Home was incredibly clean and ready when promised. Bryan, who is the Caretaker of the property, was amazing, gracious and just fun to talk to. Neighborhood is full of amazing, up-scale homes. All of the neighbors that we encountered were very kind and friendly. If you are looking for an awesome, one of a kind location to spend your next vacation. . . look no further.

  An unbelievably beautiful home that captured views from every window! Our family and friends had plenty of personal space and the common areas were perfect for gathering for meals and entertainment. All of the amenities of home - Bryan was fantastic and managed all of our special requests professionally and is a treasure - thank you for making your home available - it was perfect! Looking forward to a return visit there! Spectacular!!!

  I hesitate writing this review because our dates for next year will probably be taken ! But that said.... This home will far exceed even the pictures and the descriptions you see and read on VRBO. The attention to detail in designing and building this home was very well thought out.The Great Room is a masterpiece of stunning mountain views,extremely comfortable furniture, a well appointed gourmet kitchen and excellent appliances with an amazing surround sound system to relax to. The bedrooms are wonderful and sleep is certain on those pillow-top beds.We skied and snowboarded everyday but at the end of the last run each day we all said couldn't wait to return to this wonderful home at June Lake.

  The house was absolutely amazing; we are already planning our next trip back to the cabin. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

  Our family has spent many summer vacations in the June Lake area over the past 30 years. Those vacations were spent in a variety of cabins, condos, hotels and now, thanks to vrbo, a house with a gorgeous view of Horsetail Falls. As we entered the rental for the first time, our son, his wife and 3 children, our daughter, and my wife and I were all speechless. The amenities were amazing. The views were amazing from all three floors. Very clean, well-stocked, spacious... a vacation gem. I can't thank our son and daugher-in-law enough for finding and making the decision for all of us to rent this vrbo. Our only complaint is that we didn't book it for a longer time.

  This house was spectacular! I was amazed when I walked into the home with the beautiful open floor plan. Someone put a lot of thought and artistry into the design. There is attention to detail in every corner of the home. The best part of all was that this home was built on the side of a mountain and over looks a spectacular waterfall. I spent a lot of time relaxing in the bay window looking out at the priceless view. I would love to stay in this 'custom gem' in the future.

  Our stay in this house was very comfortable. The house is beautiful, with gorgeous views and a lot of space. The house has enough space for two families to stay and have privacy. However, we found the property manager difficult to get in touch with. We initially tried to contact her to clarify directions to the house and she told us that she was only the cleaning lady. Later, we talked to the actual owner who clarified that the house cleaner was also the manager. We did not see the property manager during our stay. And then upon our arrival home we were charged for property damage that the property manager said that we did. We asked the owner for photos to help us figure out what happened, but we were not given them. The money was deducted from our security deposit.

There is a $500 creditable utility fee in the winter.
Refundable deposit for reservation $1000 Remainder due 30 days prior. 35% fee will
be charged for cancellations less than 30 days. $1000 refundable security deposit
Clean fee $400. Deposit refundable after damage inspection and
verification of inventory. Checks accepted and all credit cards(3.5%).
