Our Condo is definitely a home away from home. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a wood burning fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private deck off the back. The bunk bed room has a twin on top with a double on the bottom and a pull out twin mattress underneath. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full bath off the hallway. The living room has a pull out couch for extra sleeping. There is a 36 inch TV in the living room with DVD player and one in the bunk bed room with a DVD player also. The unit is furnished with towels and linens.
The upstairs deck has a large area for eating outside while barbecuing under the beautiful Incline Village Sky. There are only 20 units in this quiet complex and there is a private pool for guests right on the golf course. If you are a golfer, leave your car parked in the driveway and walk approximately 700 feet to the clubhouse for a round of golf, to hit a bucket of balls on the driving range or to just practice putting and chipping. In the winter time the course is closed, but you can walk over to the driving range and go sledding on the hills!
We are located about 2.5 minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, 30 minutes to Northstar and about a 40 minute drive to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. Incline Village has many outstanding restaurants ranging from family fare to amazing 5 star establishments. The Hyatt Regency is about 5 minutes from our condo and offers a beautiful spa and casino. The Lone Eagle Restaurant is attached to the Hyatt, and sits out on the beach overlooking Lake Tahoe. You can enjoy your favorite drink anytime of the year outside on the deck of the restaurant sitting around 2 huge fire pits.
Reno is just over the hill about 30 minutes and offers many different venues for live concerts, sports events, casino's, shows, an annual air show, and Hot August Nights. You can also take a short drive to the South Shore in Lake Tahoe which also has live concerts, show and casinos. Sand Harbor Beach has a Shakespeare Festival every Summer in their outdoor theatre that is great fun! We also offer guest passes to the two private beaches in Incline Village for summer guests. Incline Village has a large Rec center with workout facilities basketball courts and an indoor swimming pool along with outdoor tennis courts.
