Why the Owner Chose Sandpoint
Sandpoint is one of those "Special" places. On the north shore of beautiful pristine Lake Pend Oreille, surrounded by snow capped mountains which boasts one of the greatest destination ski resorts in the US, Schweitzer Mt. What's not to love? We moved to the northwest 30 years ago when we fell in love with this undiscovered recreational area. Although we live and work in Spokane, the get-a-way is less than an hour and one half away. Our kids love it there and have created memories that will last a life time. We are pleased to be able to share it with you and your family. Create your own memories of a life time.

I am now retired but my wife continues to teach. It is her passion. Our children grew up in this area and have settled down here because of the outdoor amenities which abound. Boating, snow skiing, golfing, hiking, biking. Four distinct seasons and an affordable cost of living. Small town living, it is the best.
