  Our family has rented this unit for the last 3 years and love the condo, what a view.. Shore Dr location is perfect. The owners of this unit are so easy to work with. I recommend this unit to families with kids and to anyone that wants a relaxing week at the beach.

  Have rented this unit the last couple of years and thoroughly enjoy the view and location. Feel very safe in the Shore Dr area. The owners of this property are very courteous and accommodating. Would recommend this unit to all families with children..

  Our family has rented this unit the last 3 years. Great view, great location and the owners are fantastic to work with. I recommend this unit to any family with kids. The Shore Dr area is my favorite location on the beach.

  Thank you for the use of your condo. Pictures tell a thousand words but can't begin to descripe the comfort and homey feeling of this condo. The unobstructed 3rd floor view looking out the patio doors should be on a postcard, not to mention the awesome sunrise every morning luminating the whole condo with an orange glow. With the sand only steps away, Apache Pier within walking distance, Sands Beach Club Resort lazy river and Ocean Annie's outdoor night club right next door, there's always something to do. Ocean Annie's Night club is literally right out the patio doors. A live band is playing every night of the week until 11:00 p.m. We enjoyed cooking our meals with the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, bakeware. Plenty of seating room to entertain our family staying right next door at Sands Beach Club. Kroger's & Super Wal Mart are 5 minutes up the road for groceries. Tanger Outlet, souvenier shops, outdoor shopping malls, restaurant row, Carolina Opry, Barefoot Landing outdoor mall even has a Cleveland Browns Fans backer bar Wild Wings Cafe. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We would definitely recommend this condo to others. The owners are a charm to work with. We will definitely come back.

  We have vacationed in Myrtle for years, our last trip was 5yrs ago. We chose this location as our children are older and we wanted away from the Grand Strand some. We stayed at the Hilton just up the beach a few yrs back and loved this area. Owners were easy to work with, and condo is as described. Buildings are in great shape, grounds are clean and well kept. Pool was adequate, surpisingly poeple come and go so it was never really busy. We cooked out on the grill one eve...there are 5 of them! Parking seemed adequate, at night it got pretty full but there was always a space close by our unit.When we opened the door to the unit...my view was of the beach/ocean! Condo is in good condition, the pictures kinda date it abit with the paneling, much better in person. Its very clean with all the ameneties of home. Ceiling fans in all the rooms, we kept them on to keep the unit cool. The LR a/c has to run alot to keep it comfortable on a hot day. The bedroom with the twins is a bit warm as there is no a/c. My kids travel with fans so they were fine and we kept the master BR a/c truned down for airflow. Loved loved loved the balcony/view! My kids were out there all the time. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, I couldnt believe how much stuff was there. Loved the island space for serving from. There is also a nice utility room where you can place your cooler, chairs etc so you dont track sand. Ocean Annies....is a stone throw away. This is good/bad pending your likes. The music starts most days around 12-1, change bands around 5-6 and they play until 10. You hear it in the condo but it is not offensive, you can nap without problems however, some days I just wanted it to stop. On the other hand many eves we really enjoyed it. My kids loved watching the poeple who would come and go from the beach and Ocean Annies. Location is excellent, easy access to Kings Hwy where there is everything for miles. Only negative: Twin beds....very uncomfortable and I have given my feedback to the owners. I would definately recommend this unit and would rent again in a minute!!
