Less than 20 minutes from the Southwest Florida Airport, between Naples and Fort Myers, this 2,000 square foot carriage home is an ideal location near Florida's Gulf coast.
Upon entering this second floor unit, guests are greeted by an open concept living, dining and kitchen area under vaulted ceilings. The living room opens to a lanai that overlooks one of the Spring Run Golf Course fairways and a small pond. There is an entertainment unit which includes a large 46 inch TV. The dining room large square table comfortably seats eight. A fully equipped kitchen includes an eating counter with three stools.
The master suite, overlooking the golf course, is a large bedroom, with a king size bed, dresser and en suite bathroom. Double sink vanity, shower, water closet and large walk in closet make the master bath very comfortable. The second bedroom has a double size bed, dresser and TV. The third room/den has a pull out couch, dresser and TV. The hallway to the second bedroom includes a bathroom, linen closet and laundry room.
Just steps away is a swimming pool with a hot tub and lounge chairs where guests can relax in the sun and meet friendly neighbors. Weekly social times provide ample opportunity to meet other guests.
Adjacent to the clubhouse is a larger community pool - within walking distance, as well as a fitness center with cardio and weight equipment.
A ten minute drive takes you to the gulf beaches and ten minutes in the opposite direction is a great outlet mall. Within walking distance, is Coconut Point, a large shopping, dining location in Southwest Florida.
If desired, a golf membership is available for a small transfer fee which includes full use of the Spring Run clubhouse (gym, dining room, bar lounges, clubhouse swimming, tennis courts).
