Our Place, in Phase II, Cortez Bldg, is a superior condo on the sandy beach of the sea of Cortez, with Personal Security Safe, Master with King Bed, Travertine Marble Bath, Large walkin shower & hair dryer! Reservations...
50% of the whole stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made, if made 30 days or more in advance.
The 50% remaining will be charged 10 days prior to the arrival date.
Holidays or Spring Vacation, it will be charged in full.
· The reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort.
***WE ARE IN THE RENTAL POOL... The difference is... Those not in the rental pool have a cleaning fee, a one time $25.00 processing fee and a $5.00 per day, per person charge for wrist bands to use all amenities. In the rental pool we pay Las Palomas a fee out of the rent we charge you, to use all amenities and receive wrist bands, daily maid service & pool towels, for no extra fees. The only other charge is when you arrive, Las Palomas will ask for a security deposit of $150 so you can charge items to your room and for any loss or damage. This is returned to you when you check out***
*** Wrist bands are to identify guests that belong on the property. The owners will have/carry a pictured Id card. This keeps people that are not guests from using amenities. Puerto Penasco is said to be the Cancun of 15 to 20 years ago, but this small fishing village is growing and becoming one of the best Vacations spots in Mexico…Not only is it just a 3 ½ hr. drive from Phoenix or Tuscan, now people from San Diego will have better access via a new Super Hwy which will take 2 hrs off their drive…The Mexican Government is also in the process of building/finishing the new International Airport at Puerto Penasco and several airlines have already indicated they will offer service from major US Cities…and NOW!! They are working on being a major port for Cruise Ships with hopes of receiving it’s first ship in 2011!

Welcome ~ Bienvenido… My husband and I grew up in the beautiful Northwest and grew tired of the rain and cold. We worked for the Airlines and loved Maui, so when we married, we bought our first Resort condo in Maui. We had our Paradise Condo and rented for ten years. We then sold it due to a family tragedy. We bought a home in Goodyear Arizona for retirement and that’s when we became aware of the town of Puerto Penasco in Sonora Mexico, Arizonas’ Beach! We missed our Maui, it’s wonderful people and the ocean, so we decide to go check out this small village. On our first trip, we bought at Las Palomas Resort and took possession November 2007… This small fishing village has many moods and gracious people with a blend of fact and fantasy. Hi Donna! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful retreat! The resort was just as described and the pictures of your condo, as great as they are didn't come close to doing it justice! The layout is very spacious and comfy. The beds are the best that we have experienced anywhere (other than home of course). We have been coming to Rocky Point for many years but now that we have found your little get away, we hope to never stay anywhere else when we are there. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

We stayed in this condo for three nights and it was our first trip to Rocky Point. We have three kids and couldn't have asked for a better place. Rooms were immaculate. Kitchen was functional and faced the ocean breeze/view. It was so fun hanging out in the condo that it was sometimes a struggle to convince ourselves to go to the beach. The resort staff was always friendly and we will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

We stayed at "ourplace" in Rocky Point, Mexico. What an amazing condo! Bigger than our first apartment and much better furnished and decorated. The complex was very well taken care of and the workers courteous and willing to make the stay enjoyable. We stayed 5 days and wanted to stay longer! One of the better units in size and amenities.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family spent 3 nights in this beautiful condo for Spring break 2010. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to have for a wonderful vacation. The decor is gorgeous yet very comfortable. We would love to come back and stay again.

I have visited Puerto Penasco 3 times in the last 6 months and stayed twice at Donna's place. This is one of the nicest condos; very comfortable clean and roomy. It is nicely decorated and this makes one feel at home right away. The owners truly welcome their guest, I highly recommend their place. I plan to go back next month.

We had a great and relaxing vacation. Yours is by far the nicest condo we have ever rented. The location is great with easy access to the elevator, garage and pool. The staff was frendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Puerto Penasco. My Family and I had a wonderful time. Your condo is beautiful and very confortable. My kids didn't want to go home. The only problem that we had was that our keys were deactivated on the third day. We went to the office and activated them again, other than that everything was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. We hope we can go back again soon!
