Our Place, in Phase II, Cortez Bldg, is a superior new condo on the sandy beach of the sea of Cortez, with Personal Security Safe, king bed in master, queen in second bedroom both quality mattresses by Comfort Solutions...Travertine Marble Baths with large showers and hair dryers. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with Granite counters, filtered water and ice. The great room has a 50" flat screen and the bedrms 37" for your viewing enjoyment. With 1625 square feet of tiled comfort inside and another 400 on the Lanai you can take in the spectacular (4th) fourth floor ocean view.

Reservations
50% of the whole stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
The 50% remaining will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival date.
If the reservation is made within 15 days of the arrival date it will be
charged in full.
· The reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort.

***WE ARE IN THE RENTAL POOL... The difference is... Those not in the rental pool have a cleaning fee, a one time $25.00 processing fee and a $5.00 per day, per person charge for wrist bands to use all amenities. In the rental pool we pay Las Palomas a fee out of the rent we charge you, to use all amenities and receive wrist bands, daily maid service & pool towels, for no extra fees. The only other charge is when you arrive, Las Palomas will ask for a security deposit of $150 so you can charge items to your room and for any loss or damage. This is returned to you when you check out***


*** Wrist bands are to identify guests that belong on the property. The owners will have/carry a pictured Id card. This keeps people that are not guests from using amenities. ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR WRIST BANDS, INCLUDING CHILDREN! If a person does not have a wrist band on, security will ask to see ID or leave the property. Only the number of guests on the reservation and allowed per condo, will receive wrist bands***

Notification of Cancellation... more that 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date
Refund less $150 Cancellation Fee...
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, NO Refund
Holidays & Spring Vacation No Refund...Changes $150
No Refunds for no shows or early departures...
No refunds in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy.

Changes in reservation will result in a $25 processing fee...
No changes in Reservation within 10 days of arrival...
All cancellations or changes must be made via E-mail...

Payment:
All Credit Cards...
Checks at least 10 days prior to the arrival date.
If payment by travel agency, the reservation must be paid in full before arrival.

Security Deposit:
· Open voucher at arrival preferred.
· If no Credit Card is available, a $150 USD cash deposit will be required.

  • I have visited Puerto Penasco 3 times in the last 6 months and stayed twice at Donna's place. This is one of the nicest condos; very comfortable clean and roomy. It is nicely decorated and this makes one feel at home right away. The owners truly welcome their guest, I highly recommend their place. I plan to go back next month.

  • We had a great and relaxing vacation. Yours is by far the nicest condo we have ever rented. The location is great with easy access to the elevator, garage and pool. The staff was frendly and helpful. The golf course was fun and on sunday afternoon we had it all to ourselves.We'll be back soon! Thanks again. Mike

  • This was our first trip to Puerto Penasco. My Family and I had a wonderful time. Your condo is beautiful and very confortable. My kids didn't want to go home. The only problem that we had was that our keys were deactivated on the third day. We went to the office and activated them again, other than that everything was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. We hope we can go back again soon!

  • WOW! What an wonderful place to spend a week of our summer vacation. We all enjoyed ourselves so much and the accomodations were the icing on the cake! It is decorated beautifully, has everything you could possibly need and the views are spectacular! The location of the unit worked really well for us. It is close to the elevators, easy access to the garage and most importantly...the pool and beach. We truly had one of the best summer vacations ever in Puerto Penasco. There is so much to do and see in the area. On the days we didn't want to drive, we spent time on the beach then in the pools. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful condo. We hope that we will have a chance to visit again in the future!
