This is a super cute, townhome just off of Lake Pagosa. You are two-and-a-half miles from the uptown City Market on Highway 160. So, you have complete access to the commercial center of town while being just far enough away to enjoy the quiet amenity of Lake Pagosa.
It is a thirty minute drive to the ski lift. Wolf Creek Ski area has already had some of the biggest snow in the country this year. A short walk into a gate of one million acres of national forest. Any type of outdoor activity that you can think of is here. We have the best hot springs in the world.
