We have some of the best views of the Gulf and all the comforts of home! The unit consists of two bedrooms and two baths. The large master bedroom provides wonderful views of the Gulf with balcony access letting you enjoy the sunsets and the ocean breeze. Enjoy the large LCD Flat Screen with DVD player in the master. The large master bath offers double vanities and a large garden tub with shower.
The condo also has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large brand new 42" Plasma Flat Screen in the living room with DVD player and stereo with CD player. The master bedroom and comfortable 2nd bedroom also have their own LCD Flat Screen as well. We’ve also included board games and magazines for more leisure activity.
Mom and Dad will love our unit, too and not just because the kids are having a blast. There is an adult only swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a bird’s eye view of the kids play area, a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, a poolside Bar & Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi access and onsite Beach apparel and Surf shop.

We live within 1 hour of Splash, and wanted to enjoy this beautiful place and the amenities they have to offer for ourselves sometimes.

We love sitting on the expansive balcony, sipping coffee in the mornings and hearing the sound of the surf... not to mention looking for sea life in the gulf!
Our son just LOVES the arcade... especially the mini bowling alley!
Restaurants(Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Reggae J's, Back Porch & more), Shopping(Dillard's, Penney's, Target, Ulta, Ron Jon Surf Shop, & more) and Entertainment(the Grand Theatre)
We love this place! Our favorite is the Greek Style Open Hearth Charcoal Broiled Fish - we love the Snapper!
Bakery is phenomenal!! Also great for breakfast - just a block away. They also serve lunch and dinner (try the NY style pizza - it's delicious and a good bargain)
14854 Bayview Cir Great seafood restaurant right on the intracoastal waterway. We love the firecracker shrimp!

This condo is beautifully decorated and had more than enough space for our family of four (which includes two energetic young children!!) Fully equipped, comfortable and quiet. The view is, of course, spectacular! One of the best things is the keyless entry to the unit....so, so convenient!! Denise, the owner, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We will return!

We could not have ordered more beautiful weather and we loved your condo. Even our 5 year old said we had to come back to this marvelous place. :) I can not tell you how surprised and thrilled I was to find some basic things in the condo, like dish towels, dishwasher detergent and hand soap. I don't know if those were left by previous tenants, but it was a welcome change. Most condo's we go to are bare to the bones and I packed for that possibility and was happy to not need them. We loved the pools and the beaches. They were pristine and well groomed. All in all, everyone that we talked to there thought that Splash was the best resort in PCB. Everyone was so friendly and the staff seemed interested in helping you. The families were abundant which was great for us since we had three very social butterflies in our family. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with tools and we can not wait to go back!

Had a great time at this condo, plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. Everyone loved the pools and the very short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and everything worked great; the view was phenomenal. The only negative we saw was the elevator had an issue the 1st day, but it was working fine after that.

We had an awesome time. The condo is beautiful and very accommodating. We have a one two year old, and a three year old son. They both had an awesome time! We are so excited to plan our next vacation. We will definitly rent with Denise again, she is such a delight to work with! We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was beautiful and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! My kids loved the Splash pool and waterpark! The resort was kept clean and the workers were very helpful! Denise was also great! She quickly answered any questions we had and the condo was exactly as described. We will be back!

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a full balcony overlooking the beach front. The balcony extends to the designer decorated master bedroom. This condo provides all the essentials, including a washer, dryer and full kitchen. One of the most appreciated features were the free beach chairs and umbrellas. What a fantastic extra. The elevators are quick even though the condo is on the 18th floor we never had to wait very long for the elevator. Another great benefit, is the free covered parking. Luggage racks are provided and there are plenty of them so again, we never had to wait for one. I would highly recommend this beautiful beach condo. It is obvious the owner takes pride in providing a wonderful comfortable accommodation to compliment the beautiful beach resort. Thank you so much!

After one month we were ready to stay for another, How can one not enjoy their morning coffee while the Dolphin, Pelicans, Rays and schools of fishes amble by in the Emerald Waters? Going to sleep with and awakening to the sound of the ocean, I caution you here, is very addictive. The view is forever..... The Beach Service is a pampering freebie. The Condo is professionally decorated with quality appointments. If you need it, it's there. After living in and traveling the boundries of Florida I truly believe we have found our new "Favorite Place". Denise knows many off the path places with super prices and menues. The night before we left God gave us one of the most beautiful sunsets ever and followed it up in the morning as we were preparing to leave with a Rainbow that ended about a half mile out. Our 48th anniversary will be treasured forever. Thanks again Denise.
