We loved this condo!! It was beautiful and spacious! Loved the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms! The master bath is huge and the king bed was very comfortable! Also really liked having balcony access and view from the master bedroom. The balcony is big and the view was fantastic!! Our toddler son loved the pool and splash pad area! We liked having covered parking and we never waited more than a minute for the elevators. Denise was very easy to work with and very helpful. WE would definately suggest this condo to our friends and family and hope to get to stay here again in the future!! We would suggest going to Pier Park it has alot to do and several good places to eat. If you have children, we loved the Pirate cruise and got to see alot of dolphins!

Me and my family just got home from our stay at the splash and we miss it already. This has got to be the best place for children of all ages. I have a 2 yr old 8 yr old and a 13 yr old and they had a blast. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and we loved the view from the 18th floor. It was the first time staying so far down and at first we wasnt sure about the location but it turned out perfect. We loved the family feel of it and we didnt miss out on anything. Thanks for letting us stay we loved getting splashed!!!

The condo was way more than I imagined from just looking at the pictures. My friends and I loved the view and everything that came with it. Ms. Denise was a great person to rent from and I will definitely rent again for future trips to Panama City.

This condo is beautifully decorated and had more than enough space for our family of four (which includes two energetic young children!!) Fully equipped, comfortable and quiet. The view is, of course, spectacular! One of the best things is the keyless entry to the unit....so, so convenient!! Denise, the owner, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We will return!

We could not have ordered more beautiful weather and we loved your condo. Even our 5 year old said we had to come back to this marvelous place. :) I can not tell you how surprised and thrilled I was to find some basic things in the condo, like dish towels, dishwasher detergent and hand soap. I don't know if those were left by previous tenants, but it was a welcome change. Most condo's we go to are bare to the bones and I packed for that possibility and was happy to not need them. We loved the pools and the beaches. They were pristine and well groomed. All in all, everyone that we talked to there thought that Splash was the best resort in PCB. Everyone was so friendly and the staff seemed interested in helping you. The families were abundant which was great for us since we had three very social butterflies in our family. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with tools and we can not wait to go back!

Nice Condo with a Great View

Had a great time at this condo, plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. Everyone loved the pools and the very short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and everything worked great; the view was phenomenal. The only negative we saw was the elevator had an issue the 1st day, but it was working fine after that.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was beautiful and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! My kids loved the Splash pool and waterpark! The resort was kept clean and the workers were very helpful! Denise was also great! She quickly answered any questions we had and the condo was exactly as described. We will be back!

We had an awesome time. The condo is beautiful and very accommodating. We have a one two year old, and a three year old son. They both had an awesome time! Beautiful Condo with Fabulous Beach Front View!

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a full balcony overlooking the beach front. The balcony extends to the designer decorated master bedroom. This condo provides all the essentials, including a washer, dryer and full kitchen. One of the most appreciated features were the free beach chairs and umbrellas. What a fantastic extra. The elevators are quick even though the condo is on the 18th floor we never had to wait very long for the elevator. Another great benefit, is the free covered parking. Luggage racks are provided and there are plenty of them so again, we never had to wait for one. I would highly recommend this beautiful beach condo. It is obvious the owner takes pride in providing a wonderful comfortable accommodation to compliment the beautiful beach resort. Thank you so much!

A "Million Dollar View at an affordable rate"

After one month we were ready to stay for another, How can one not enjoy their morning coffee while the Dolphin, Pelicans, Rays and schools of fishes amble by in the Emerald Waters? Going to sleep with and awakening to the sound of the ocean, I caution you here, is very addictive. The view is forever..... The Beach Service is a pampering freebie. The Condo is professionally decorated with quality appointments. If you need it, it's there. After living in and traveling the boundries of Florida I truly believe we have found our new "Favorite Place". Denise knows many off the path places with super prices and menues. The night before we left God gave us one of the most beautiful sunsets ever and followed it up in the morning as we were preparing to leave with a Rainbow that ended about a half mile out. Our 48th anniversary will be treasured forever. Thanks again Denise.

The condo was great, cannot beat the view. I have two girls ages 8 and 11 and they loved the water park and being able to walk right onto the beach. Thanks for the beach chairs, they were nice. We also liked being able to eat lunch by the pool, very handy. The proximity to everything you could need is within 2-3 miles.

The condo was beautiful! Better than the pictures! The view was excellent! Our kids had a blast! We have a 6 yr old and 3 yr old and there was plenty to do for both! They both enjoyed the water park, lazy river, AND the turtles and frogs at the little one's play area. We got to be kids again too! I think we went swimming in every pool! It was nice having the chairs to put all of our things even though we were close to the water where the kids played. Overall, it was a great vacation and definitely hard to beat!

We just returned from spending our family spring break vacation at Splash and it couldn't have gone any better!! This was our second time at Splash and we definitely plan on returning again!! The location is perfect for families that prefer a more quiet, family atmosphere. The owners were amazing to work with! We couldn't have found nicer, more accomodating people to rent a condo from! The condo is more beautiful in person than in the photos! You will not be disappointed!! Tim and Denise, thank you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise with us to enjoy!!!
