From the moment you walk through the front door, the warmth and beauty of this home embraces you. The home is extremely comfortable and clean and has a great design that I would love to copy if I am ever fortunate enough to build a home in Florida! We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. Having been in many homes in Florida, I think that this was one of the nicest lanai areas ever! Spanish Wells is ideally located close to many great golf courses and restaurants....and the beach is just a short drive away! The owner could not have been nicer to deal with. All in all, this is truly a WONDERFUL home!

Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Lovely villa, what a super time we had

We had a splendid time at this lovely home which was beautifully kept and clean. Everything was in good working order and the pool and spa were just what was needed after a hard days shopping and golf which lived up to our expectations, as Florida always does. The location was ideal for us being close to the beaches, good restaurants, golf courses and only a short drive to the lovely place of Naples. We found the owner easy to deal with and contacted us on our arrival to see if everything was o.k. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Renters beware of hidden charges and fees deducted from your security deposit

Would not recommend this property for the following reasons: The owner never registered us at the front gate and we could not get into the gated community. Had to find the rental mgmt. company inorder to get access to the house. The garage opener didn't work, the water had not been turned on, which meant no hot water, the bathrooms had not been cleaned (dark black hair everywhere) used bars of soap in the shower. Bed linens were used and not changed. TV service had been disconnected and the pool water was very cool. It took 3 days of my vacation time waiting for repairmen and pool person to fix the problems. Due to the hidden charges and unprofessional/unethical practices of owner, we cannot recommend this property.

Owner response:It seems funny but your wife called me upon her arrival at our home alone, which meant she was able to obtain entry through front gate security - no problem was even mentioned to me of "reaching a rental agent to gain entry" -cannot be so since there is no rental management agent -who did she use?? The water indeed was not turned on due to my home watch service's calendar error however we continued with Toni on the phone with her while I directed her to the water main turn on and hot water switch -it took all of 2 minutes for the "fix" to be done Secondly the garage door opener battery had died - I had no idea of this -however since you already had a key for the front entrance door it would simple enough to go get a 9volt battery sometime later in your travels but my handyman came to you at my direction and expense, replaced the battery as well as showed you how to use some of the lighting and other features of our home that you could not figure out. The house has a professionally maid cleaning service Nothing was ever mentioned about either dirty bathrooms and /or linens not changed. If you said something to us the maid would have been held to task . We are very clean people and our maid is just as impeccable as well -in fact we have never had this problem, EVER! Your comment on the TV service is just plain false It WAS never disconnected You simply could not figure out how to use the remote . However we called Comcast Cable for you who promptly called and finally even came to show you how to use a remote control. Again you could not figure it out Finally there were never any hidden charges Please refer again to your rental lease agreement and contract addendum where it is plainly stated on our policy for electric overages , you signed and dated the agreement hence you knew and agreed to any electric overcharges -in fact I had even sent you a final copy of the electric bill detailing the overage with your refund check

My Favorite Bonita Springs Florida Rental

We had a wonderful time and we will love to repeat this again, the house was very clean, very well decorated to the Florida style with a unique design around the pool, high ceilings and a very open space, nice neighborhood on a gated community, located on the hart of Bonita Springs Florida. Barefoot Beach is just some minutes away, it was awesome to enjoyed this beautiful paradise, we saw dolphins, pelicans a lots of vegetation, very quiet and not crowded at all. We were able to combine the regular family barbeque afternoon at the pool in some days and in others we enjoyed visiting the restaurants around the area. I will never for get walking with my wife and my kids enjoying the sunset at the beach. We left with the feeling that was a lot more to explore. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner, He welcomed us and checked to make sure that we had everything we needed. We were treated very well. I will definitely recommended.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have rented this house on two occasions and it is truly all that is advertised. The decor is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and lanai area is very large and comfortable. The owners are very nice to deal with and very responsive for any issues.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.
