It is a spacious home on a private, lightly wooded lot with outdoor furnishing on rear deck and separate garden area.
There are three full floors of living space, and a full basement with new Maytag washer and dryer, iron and ironing board laundry facility, and a recreation area complete with a new ping-pong table, Air Hockey, Foosball, and arcade games: pinball machines, a "Centipede" video machine, "Super PacMan", and "Mappy" video game There are also 2 wooden doll houses, dart board, second piano, play area with table, and lots of beach chairs (& umbrella), beach cooler, beach toys and even flippers. Bicycles available for a renal fee, please inquire. It is the quintessential home for the perfect group or family get-away!

2008 - July and August: $4,400 per week
2008 - September: $1,900-$2,800 per week
2008 - October to $1,200-$1600 May, $500-$950/weekend.
Plus $500 security deposit, additional cleaning fee, linens available for rent.

Owner Description
I have been living on-island for over 15 years, a transplant from the Boston area. Recently I have started Island Alpaca Co. where we breed alpaca for sale, and have a lovely farm store. Currently we have over 50 alpaca, and welcome the public daily from 12 to 4 pm. We hope that you will be our guests this year, and visit us at the farm!
Why the Owner Chose Edgartown
The location is most convenient to town, and the street is very quiet, with little traffic. Walk into Edgartown in about ten minutes-you will pass a lovely horse farm along the way, and you will find many lovely shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Edgartown is the quintessential island town, with white-picket fences, and lovely old whaling captains homes...Just a minute too, to bike paths.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Really the location is prime. There are many wonderful amenities such as the 8 foot dining table, two pianos and two living areas. There is also plenty of rainy day activities in this home; pingpong, vintage pinball machines, fuss-ball, air-hockey, over-sized doll house, Pac-Man, and loads of videos to watch!
