We travelled to the island for a family wedding at the St Regis. This beautiful, well maintained home, was a great fit for our family of 8 adults!! Pictures and description are bang on. The beds are super comfortable, with classy linens. Really great to have WiFi throughout the house. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Lots of amenities, in the way of beach toys, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, towels and 4 bikes. Quick walk to the trailhead for Queen's Bath. LOVED the lanai, with its beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean. The early morning wake up calls from the roosters and birds was an added bonus! ;) Easy to work with Property Management Company, always accessible, and answered all our questions. Lots of beaches within driving distance, highly recommend car rental, to explore the whole island. Hanalei is a quirky, cool town, with lots of shops, restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend Kauai SkyDiving, we had a blast. Luau Kalamaku in Lihue was a highlight as well. Drove up to Wiamea Canyon, and visited the beaches on the south shore, where the locals go and drive their trucks onto the beach to fish. Saw whales and turtles from the shore. Highly recommend this property for all!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better. The house was clean and uncluttered yet had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped so we could easily prepare family meals. We really appreciated all the beach equipment in the garage! We will definitely rent this house again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I (mom, dad and two adult children in their late 20's) enjoyed this house so much on our Kauai vacation in December 2012. The house was so clean, well decorated and spacious allowing us to have our own rooms and privacy and enjoy spending time together. We cooked in the big kitchen, had meals and read on the patio with an ocean view, and played board games/rode bicycles they provided. It was the perfect house to make us feel at home on the island. It is steps away from Queens Bath where we hiked, a close drive to a market and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. I wish this was my home! We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

There are so many homes to choose from in Princeville. I've seen dozens of the vacation rentals available and stayed in a few. This home, Lanilei, is really sweet. It's decorated in a very zen style and the feeling is one of peace and relaxation. The views from the upstairs lanai are also tranquil and relaxing. I highly recommend this home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
