I sent inquiries to numerous properties at MGM Signature. This one bedroom, penthouse floor with balcony provided the best value for one bedroom - it was spacious, great views of the airport and mountains, and penthhouse floor (high enough so that the music from Wet Republic won't bother you). Beds are comfortable and I can't say enough for the master bath - enormous! Room was clean and multiple towels were provided. Having 2 baths was a must since we were a groups of girls staying. You will need to walk to get to the strip (either through MGM Grand which takes towards the south end of strip OR via side street which will take you to Planet Hollywood). Lovely stay and Tina was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Highly recommend and would consider returning here.

Excellent Room!

Room was exactly as described and I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The view of the sunrise over the mountains was breathtaking. It is a corner suite so you have views from two sides. Everything in the room was spotless. There were more than enough towels for the week without needing a refresh from housekeeping. Tina got back to me immediately with my questions about the room and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. Having the kitchen was a real money-saver! We took the Gold Line bus down to Whole Foods the first day and stocked up on breakfast foods and snacks for the week. We hailed a cab outside the store to take us back to our room. We were glad to see cabs so easily accessible. We even had a cab driver take us down to the Vegas sign and take our pictures for us before dropping us at a resort. Very friendly and helpful people! The sleeper sofa in the room was excellent! I was concerned about sleeping on it since I have a bad back but it was every bit as comfortable as my bed at home. Having access to the monorail inside MGM was very convenient. You can go just about anywhere on the strip in a flash if you purchase the monorail pass. It is about a 5 minute walk from Tower 2 to the monorail station. If you want to see Red Rock Canyon, try out Scoot City Tours. They pick you up right in front of Tower 2 and take you to your little 2-person convertible scooter car, then take you on a guided tour of the canyon. Excellent! Being so close to the airport was very convenient if you depend on public transportation during your stay. We took the airport shuttle ($6-7) to the hotel and we were the first drop-off. You might consider just taking a cab to the hotel...it's just a couple dollars more and you don't have to bother with buying the token and waiting for the shuttle to load. It was an excellent stay and I can't wait to return next year!

Amazing room to spend our honeymoon!!

I absolutely loved this room. We booked this room for our honeymoon and I couldn't have asked for anything more! The view was amazing and was perfect to sit and watch the planes come in with my morning coffee. There was plenty of towels and supplies to last us the entire stay! We ended up seeing Cirque Du Solei's KA. It was amazing...I would recommend that show to everyone. The walk from the Signature to the MGM was not far. It took us 5 minutes to do the walk, it seems longer then it actually was. The pools are amazing and relaxing! We went shopping at the Food 4 Less down the strip and saved a ton of money on food and only ate out a few times. My husband said that he will never stay anywhere else when we go to Vegas again, and I completely agree. Tina was amazing to work with and extremely helpful. I look forward in working with her again in the future!!

Fabulous apartment in peaceful location

It really is such a peaceful and luxurious place to stay in Las Vegas, and everything about the apartment was first class. I particularly liked the fact that everything was included in the price and we literally had nothing extra to pay when we left. The generous toiletries and towels were much appreciated, and it's just a shame we weren't there long enough to use everything that was on offer. The staff were so friendly and helpful and having the restaurant on site was an added bonus.

Best Condo Vacation Rental Ever

Often times vacation rental pictures and descriptions don't match the actual experience, but not so at this condo and the MGM Grand Signature. This was our first Las Vegas visit, and it was great (3/26-3/30). Toured the Grand Canyon (recommend using the Vision Air tour) and drove to Hoover Dam (be prepared for a traffic crawl as you get close). Also enjoyed KA and David Copperfield. We were"wowed" with our rental unit (32-720 in Tower 2) -- beautifully furnished, clean, quiet, and with a wonderful view of the mountains. It was a perfect setup for my wife and I and our teenage daughter, with more than enough space for all. As other reviewers have commented, it's also nice to have easy access to the MGM casino,shows, and restaurants but yet to be able to retreat from that craziness to the luxurious and secure Signature. The professionalism and hospitality of the Signature staff enhances the whole experience. One day the tv malfunctioned and the Signature engineer had it repaired in 1/2 hour. Special kudos too to Mary Ellen, the concierge in Tower One. Also, a special thanks to Tina who managed our reservation in such a helpful and friendly way (especially compared to one other owner/manager who was annoyed I called him using the contact info on his listing). All in all we were very pleased with our stay in L.V. and especially with our 1 bedroom condo and the Signature. Absolutely would stay there again. Next time we'll probably do better food shopping (stop at Whole Foods on the way from the airport) to stock up on breakfast food, lunch provisions, late night snacks, beer/wine, and desserts (beware of the Hagen Daz outlet in MGM -- $16 for 3 tiny scoops, about 3 oz. ea. Next day we bought a whole pint in Walgreen's for $4.79!

Signature Condo

This condo was simply beautiful - high floor, great views of the strip and the airport, beautifully furnished and maintained, elegant and clean, and in an excellent location. The price of the room was terrific. Las Vegas was so crowded the week we were there, so going back to the serene quietness of the Signature condo was something we looked forward to every day. The walk to the MGM Grand is fast and simple via moving walkways. The hotel staff were terrific, especially the various concierges, who were most helpful, and the owner is very responsive and great to work with. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

my parent have just returned from 16 nights in Vegas. I recommended the signature to them as I have stopped there 3 times myself already. They loved it, they said it made their holiday and after a long day on the strip it was so nice to come back to it and have the full use of its facilities. The condo like the rest of the hotels was spotlessly clean and they said it was nice to step out of the busse and bussel that is las vegas to the calm relaxation of the signature.I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and Tina was so helpful from start to finish. thank you for making my parents holiday so very special.

Awesome place! We probably won't stay anywhere else from now on. As mentioned in the previous comments - room was very nice, corner unit was great with the extra window. Didn't even realize it has a W/D until we found it. The staff was very freindly and helpful. The MGM pool is a zoo, while the Signature pools were very calm and relaxing. The casino enterance is only 6 minutes from the room (I timed it).

My husband and I just spent the weekend of August 1, 2008 at the Signature. The condo was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and with a pool/airport view (my husband loved watching the planes arrive and depart). The staff was very gracious and went out of their way to please, and housekeeping was very good as well. Prior to my stay, the owner answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

My family spent the long July 4th weekend and had a great time. The condo was extremely spacious and great for the kids. As stated in previous comments, the staff is very courteous and goes out of their way to please you. The owner is easy to work with as well. We have stayed in almost all of the major hotels in Las Vegas, including the Wynn and Bellagio and the Signature condo ranks up there with them. Something not mentioned in the description is this condo is a corner unit so there is an extra window. We will definitely be coming back.

Our stay of 7 days in this suite was totally fantastic and we could not have dreamed for more. The Signature has an outstanding, friendly, courteous staff & is more than ready to assist with your needs. The owner quickly and efficiently answered all our questions and everything was taken care of promptly. We look forward to returning to this suite and property and highly recommend it!!

This condo was absolutely fantastic - - great views, loads of room, impeccable condition. Best of all, it is located in Tower 2, which has a WONDERFUL deli located on the main floor - - this provided easy access for breakfast and a quick snack at reasonable prices. The owner was extremely gracious and easy to work with - - and you can't beat the room quality and size for the price with the MGM Signature. The vrbo rates make staying here even more attractive. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Las Vegas!!!!
