This home is only five minutes to Breckenridge. It features four large bedrooms with four full baths (two with Jacuzzi tubs), sleeping up to ten people. Two master suites upstairs with private luxurious bathrooms.
The total sleeping arrangement is as follows: one King, three Queens, two Futons.
This cozy mountain modern, 3700 square foot home, has just been completed this year. It is an architecturally unique home with many high quality features and details. This is including, but not limited to, radiant heat, one of a kind curved beamed ceilings, large open living areas, a basement bedroom and common area, granite, bamboo and stainless gourmet kitchen and even a soothing built in water feature in the entryway. Also has a gas fireplace in the living space and one of the master suites. You will also appreciate all the detail that went into making this a VERY green built home. A two-car garage is also included.
The neighborhood is established and is located right off the main highway that leads into Breckenridge. The streets and driveway are plowed when snows reach 4 inch or more, but a four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles are recommended in the winter.
Book five nights and the six night is free.
Nightly Rates DO include taxes and a cleaning fee.
