This gorgeous two bedroom beauty is located on the ocean front in downtown Jaco. It sets on the second floor of a two story building which overlooks the swimming pool with the deep blue Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. The condominium complex "Jaco Beach Village" was just completed in December 2007 and only consists of 15 units to insure a tranquil environment and a relaxing stay. It is furnished with an enchanting mixture of wood and leather with tropical hints throughout.
The master bedroom boasts a flat screen television, queen size bed, walk in closet, private bathroom with his and her sinks and a bidet. An in-house safe is also included for total security of your travel documents and special belongings.
On to the second bedroom. This room has two queen size beds to provide total sleeping comfort for up to four people. It contains a large closet with ample space for all of your things. The views from this room include breathtaking mountain panoramas.
The living room has a flat screen television and a dark chocolate leather sofa where you can watch the stock market and your family playing in the ocean at the same time.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered water and ice maker. From the balcony you can relax with a cold drink and witness the amazing sunsets that Costa Rica is known for.
In my opinion, one of the condos best features is the location! Walking distance to supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, night life, shopping and of course the beach. NO CAR NEEDED!!! You also have the world class Los Sueños marina and golf course ten minutes away for your big game sports fishing and golfing needs. Costa Rica's main international airport is 1 1/2 hours away. Wireless internet is also provided if you have to take care of some business on your vacation. Security is a priority in this complex so a full time guard is on watch in the day and two guards in the night time.
