What a beautiful place! The reviews are so on target except that this condo is even so much more than the reviews point out. We've had several scarlet macaws overhead each morning at about 7:00 am and it's easier to see them here than it is to see them at Carara National Park! The condo is perfect and comes with everything--even laundry soap to wash clothes not to mention the washer and dryer, a wonderful balcony, great security, board games, 45 level sunscreen, extra towel, a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, utensils, wine glasses, cork screw, etc. The pool is nice and the condo is nicely situated at the end of the main street in Jaco. Ricky is wonderful--attentive, helpful, etc. There is a gym where for $6/day one can go use the precor equipment, etc., We also rented a car through Budget for $58/day (Alamo wanted $111). Received massages at Serenity and Nazareth spas,one for $39 for 50 minutes and one for $35 for 50 minutes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it! We visited Costa Rica on August 4 and stayed at this Condominium seven days and we just LOVED IT!!, the pictures don't do justice this place is so conveniently located in Jaco, you can walk to the store, restaurants, banks, and the beach is just steps away. Rick the owner is a most gracious host, very helpful and kind. I strongly recommend this place for anybody visiting Costa Rica as you can move from this place anywhere you need to, the roads are great and its nice to come back to a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing place. My daughter and her husband plan to come back and they will be looking forward to staying at this same condominium, so Ricky, look out!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Este es el lgar perfecto para disfrutar de la playa... Es un lugar en donde puedes descansar plácidamente justo al lado de la playa. El condo es ideal para disfrutar del tiempo libre, los acabdos son muy delicados y realmente agradables; el lugar es perfecto y está a tan sólo unos pasos de la playa. Es un lugar ideal para los amantes del surf y la buena vida. Ricky, su propietario, es un tipo genial, con un trato muy especial para sus huéspedes, lo que hace que uno se sienta realmente en confianza... Es un lugar muy seguro con vigilancia las 24 horas y prácticamente en el centro de Jacó, lo que hace muy fácil tener acceso a los sitios de entretenimiento diurno y nocturno en Jacó centro, sin embargo, cuando estés ahí hospedado no te hará falta nada más, como nos pasó a mis amigos y a mí! Está muy cerca además de restaurantes calidad, en donde puedes disfrutar de lo mejor de la comida de la zona. Realmente recomiendo este condominio... Lugar de lujo, cerca de la playa, muy buen trato, seguro, y lo más importante, muy agradable con todas las comodidades que cualquier vacacionista espera a tan sólo unos pasos de la playa! Felicidades Ricky, este es el mejor lugar que he visto para hospedarse en Jacó! My wife and I just returned from 15 wonderful nights in Jaco. Ricky and his beautiful wife Louda are wonderful hosts who willingly take time out of their hectic schedules to make sure all your questions are answered and all your needs taken care of. I cannot recommend their place enough! Beautiful everything – floors, baths, bedrooms and – most of all - the view from the patio! There is satellite television and access to WIFI in the condo and international (free) calling from Ricky’s office. Boogie Boards and a surf board on the patio and you can use both right in front of the complex. We had a lady clean the condo after the first week and she spent 4 hours! Needless to say, their place is spotless when you arrive. Right down the street is a neat little (very authentic) Italian restaurant and from there it is a short walk to the fresh fish market and town. Everything you need is walking distance. Make sure to ask them how to get to the Friday market for vegetables and fruit of all kinds. Try the Taco Bar downtown. Like us, you will wonder where the time went and start planning your next visit while taking the Gray Line Shuttle back to the airport. Ricky and Louda – a warm thank you for all you did for us. Loved the place. It's bigger than we thought it was, large porch. Tile everywhere, spotless. Ricky gave us tips on the area, and was very friendly. Walking distance to everything you need: shopping, restaurants, nightlife. Amazing surfing on the beach right in front. Me and my wife stayed here, and we had to start and finish each day just relaxing on the patio, great view.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Nous, lise et Michel Forest du Québec avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour au condo de Richard au village Jaco Beach, le condo était super et très vaste,très propre et luxueux, et nous étions en sécurité Richard était toujours disponible, pour nous dépanner en cas de besoin, il est d'une très grande gentillesse, nous avons voulu réserver pour l'an prochain, ce n'était plus disponible pour le mois de mars au complet. Le Village Jaco Beach est près de tout, pas besoin d'auto, 10 -15 minutes de marche et nous avons tout(boulangerie-poisonnerie-super-marché-restaurants-casino- liquors store ect)Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband and I enjoyed 10 beautiful days at this property and would happily return again. The accomodations were exactly as described and our host Richard (the owner) was very gracious and helpful. The sunset views from the spacious condo terrace are beyond compare and the lovely town of Jako is just a short stroll away offering everything a traveler might need.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed here for 5 days and I wish it could have been more. The condo is gorgeous, clean and modern with all of the bells and whistles. The location is steps to the beach and a quick 5 minute walk to the heart of Jaco. Originally we had planned to stay for 2 days, but our plans quickly changed after the first night. We were so comfortable we did not want to leave and instead took days trips and made Jaco our home for the week. Richard made sure we had everything we needed and was available when we had questions. If you are planning a trip to Jaco I would recommend that you stay at this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed all over Costa Rica and this rental by far was the nicest, best furnished, nicest location... you name it... it was the best. We loved how comfortable, how convenient, and how beautiful the whole apartment was. Would do it all over again in a second. The owner was gracious and very helpful. From the minute we walked in to this beautiful condo, we knew it was going to be a wonderful 4 days. The place is located in the Jaco area, very centrally located to the main strip of this beach town, and with a private gate that leads to the beach. There's 24/7 security, and everything is very well maintained. There were 5 of us in the party and we all enjoyed this place, from the kids to the adults. I particularly loved the kitchen with all the best appliances. The shower in the master bedroom is beautiful and you can see the mountains as you shower. From here we went to Playa Hermosa, we walked all over town, and went to Carara National Park, the crodile brigde over Rio Tarcoles, and of course, did some boogie boarding on the wonderful Jaco waves. We also visited an animal center near there. My kids loved it. Richard was a most gracious host, providing us with information about the area, its activities, a welcoming basket with coffee and fruit which was most appreciated. He also called us the next day to make sure we didn't need anything. My only regret is not having stayed longer. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Jaco area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Richard, thanks for your hospitality. You were a big part in making our trip to Costa Rica a special time that we'll never forget! The pictures of this listing are exactly how it looks, but it's even more beautiful when you're actually there. The gated security guards made us feel really safe with our 2 year old. We walked the entire Jaco Beach, and thought our place was the nicest spot in town. This condo is absolutely beautiful and is much nicer than described. The views and beach location couldn't be greater. The value is also much better than anything else we researched. Another special feature is the gracious owner, Richard, he doesn't live too far away and can help out with any local information. My husband and I spent 5 weeks at Richard’s property in Jaco, Costa Rica. What a wonderful vacation we had. The pictures on the Website don’t do justice to this condo, far from it. The condo is very stylish and modern. The view from the balcony is amazing and honestly, we had the best condo in the entire property. The condo had all the amenities as stated and all in working order, which is not always the case in Costa Rica. The grounds are very well kept and the security guards are the nicest people ever, always smiling and very polite. The condo is centrally located, and right on the beach. Walks on the beach were wonderful. This is for sure the best beach in the area, and at the end of the day we were watching people surfing while having a cocktail on our balcony. Life was good… Grocery store is a 5 minutes walk and the condo is close to all the best restaurants in Jaco. Our favorites were Pili Pili and Lemon Zest. Richard, the owner, was a wonderful host and he made us feel welcomed the moment we met him. He was always available to answer any questions we had. Would we return to this property??? My husband and I spent 2 weeks here for our honeymoon. The condo is very nice and very clean. We always suggest it to our friends that are traveling to Costa Rica. It is directly on the ocean with a great view from the balcony. We were there to surf and relax and it was great for that. You can walk right out of the condo and step right into the ocean. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off in before going back inside. It is very safe as there are guards 24 hours a day. It is a short walk to restaurants and the grocery store. We plan to go back to Costa Rica and we will definitely want to stay here again. The owner, Richard, is extremely nice and a great host. He went out of his way to help us. Also there is wifi internet, which helped me keep in touch with family. I really can't say enough good things about our stay. You will be happy if you choose to stay here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
