Let the peaceful calm of East Texas be your restful escape from your busy every day life. Relax in the sun, enjoy a quiet boat ride, ride the waves on a Jet Ski, or just sit back and linger in the shade of a nice pine tree.
You will feel right at home in our spacious 4400 square foot, three story house. It will welcome you with all its warm decor and modern design. With wall to wall windows, you will feel drawn to any one of the three decks on the back of the house. You won't want to miss the view of the sun setting over Lake Palestine on any of your nights here!
On the entry floor, you have a spacious living room and den (with two sleeper sofas and a fully loaded hutch with a PS1 game system), a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, laundry room and dining room.
If you venture upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms. The master with a queen size bed, sitting area, pack and play for baby, full bathroom, and of course it's own private balcony. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, loaded hutch, and a full bathroom.
Back on the main level, you take the spiral staircase downstairs and there you will find our party room. This room is designed for just that, with a foosball table, three sitting areas, two dining tables, full kitchen, full bathroom, and Sirius satellite stereo (with speakers outside). There is also a shuffleboard and pool table set up for your enjoyment. The pier out back is the perfect place to fish from or use to dock your boat after a fun day on the lake. (If you don't have your own water toys, you can rent them from a nearby Marina.) This smoke free house was made for multiple families on vacation or to entertain.

Nightly rates are as follows (3 night minimum):
Sept. through Feb. - $500
March through May - $600
June through Aug. - $700
$3000/week $5000/2 weeks $9000/month
Non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
