Welcome to another Silver Beach III Gold Club condo. A gorgeous West Tower unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The unit is decorated in soft colors and has porcelain tile floors throughout the unit except for the bedrooms. We prefer tile to carpet as the unit maintains a cleaner appearance and doesn’t show the wear that carpet will show in a rental unit after 6 months of use.
The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Both bedrooms and living area all face the Gulf. The Master Bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom that includes a double lavatory with granite, jetted tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 has a King bed with a private bathroom that has a tub/shower, and single vanity. Essentially, you have 2 master bedrooms in this condo as each one has a King Bed, private bathroom, and a door that completely locks out each bedroom from the living room.
Unit 405 West and 1802 West are the only 2 bedroom units in the complex that have a private 2nd bath in the 2nd bedroom coupled with a combo tub/shower for such bath.

Large TVs, DVD players, VCRs in all living and bedrooms.
Use of World-Class Spa, Cardio Room, Weight Room, and other facilities at our sister resort, Silver Shells is also included. These facilities are only a quick 2 minute drive OR short walk down the beach. In season, You also will have 2 Free Beach chairs with umbrella waiting on you every day of your stay right behind your condo.
What is the S.B.III GoldClub? This is a select group of private portfolio condos owned and operated by an experienced resort professional dedicated to provide exceptional service. All of the condos in the GoldClub come with your very own dedicated Concierge. Your concierge is a Destin native of over 30 years who can help you build a truly memorable vacation experience by informing you of all the special things to do and see while in town that you might not already know about. He will also be at the property during most of your stay or close by to help facilitate any issues that you may have with your condo. We know that that you may be worried about renting a condo privately as you might feel that you will not receive good “service.” We want to assure you that you will have our full attention while in town and that you will receive perhaps better, more personalized customer service than if you were to rent through another agency who has to handle hundreds of guests at a time. This dedicated employee is full time and is responsible for only 6 condos. Also, when renting one of these GoldClub condos, you will not pay all of those expensive Reservation Fees and other Resort Fees like you will with one of those larger management agencies. Essentially, by simply renting through us, you will save Hundreds of dollars right off the bat. Dear Derek, We wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our week at Silver Beach Towers, W405. The location was fabulous, and of course THE VIEW! We could not ask for a better one. We LOVED the security of the parking and it being covered, and the pools, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Fabulous!
