Recovery room is a wonderful 1000 square foot A Frame. With a great beachy feel, spacious decks,6 person private hot tub and private in ground swimming pool you will recover quickly from life's daily stresses.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac nestled in the woods. Bring the kids or just your sweetheart, you can't go wrong at the recovery room.
This homes location is excellent for Children as it is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Two Levels and over 1000 square foot of decking allows both sun and shade through out the day. You also you may use the 2 car garage for your cars, motorcycles, etc... Bring your boat we have plenty of room in the driveway and the ramp is less than a mile away...
Master Loft bedroom is located upstairs. The guest bedroom is located downstairs....
All dishware, cooking supplies, household cleaners, are included. We do not provide linens, however We do provide comforters, extra blankets, bath and beach towels and bed pillows.
The resort of Ocean Pines offers several swimming pools ( 1 indoor) , golf,a private beach club,a boat ramp, a crabbing pier,several nature trails, fishing ponds, several parks, and so much more. Please visit their website for more details. We have provided a link for you.
Your own private pool is located in your own fenced back yard. We open the pool May 1st and we close the pool late September or Mid October depending on the weather... Chemicals and pool cleaning items are provided. The hot tub is open year round.
Ocean City speaks for itself, and is only 5 miles away via Route 90.
This home is located in the north gate of Ocean Pines. It offers quick access to Route 90 and Ocean City. (Approximately 5 Miles)
We invite you to have fun, relax, light the tiki torches, fire up the grill and enjoy our Recovery Room.
For your added enjoyment we provide several beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, 2 surf boards, beach umbrella, surf rods, metal detector, cooler, 2 adult 12 speed bikes and 3 children bikes are included with your rental. Also included is a parking pass for the beach club as well as id cards for the pool at the beach club. We also provide a crab steamer and and a Gas Grill.
WE ACCEPT Visa or Master Card, Pay Pal, Personal Checks may be used as well but must clear prior to check in....
(PAY PAL is a great way to book deposit or for last minute bookings.
This home always books early . You can book a week in 2014 with a small deposit of 300.00... The balance of your rental will be split into two more payments....
Pets are allowed a extra rental amount may apply..

Our group of 20's-30's friends from Philadelphia had a great and much needed getaway to the Recovery Room. We loved the cozy setup of the house- plenty of room for all to hang out in the living room together. Not having to go to a realty place for the key was excellent- made check in/out so much better! It was snowing while we were here, so we got a pop up tent for over the hot tub- made it absolutely perfect! We would definitely come back here again- very convenient to stores and OCMD.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place was great!! Me and some friends went there to celebrate new years eve and we picked the perfect location. The hot tub was extremely nice and the location isn't far from DC. The ocean is also about a 5 minute drive. And we can't forget about the newly opened Ocean Downs Casino that we made a quick stop to along the way. I would recommend this place to everyone. The home was comfortable. In a nice quiet neighborhood. Wonderful relaxing hot tub. Perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway. The owners were extremely accomodating (they let us come in early.) and were great about us bringing our dog!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just stayed there and it was a very enjoyable time. Close to everything yet far enough away to be totally realxed and quiet when we got back home. Just returned from a week at The Recovery Room and had such a nice time. Always a little nervous when renting a house you've only seen pictures of. House is charming and had a real beach feel to it inside but at same time, I felt like I was in the Poconos with the pine trees surrounding the house. Being at end of cul-de-sac meant it was very quiet. Can't say enough about how great it was to sit in the hot tub each morning and each night, not to mention taking a dip in the pool or using the slide in the privacy of your own backyard. The bedrooms were roomier than I thought they would be. Owner was in contact with us the night before and night we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Having access to the beach club was nice but you need to get there early (before noon) or later (after 2PM) or you may have trouble getting a parking spot. Handy using the boogie boards and beach chairs in garage. Ordered takeout from Crabs To Go twice and enjoyed eating on the side porch. We had rain on and off throughout our stay. This meant lower side porch table and chairs were wet. Wonder if an outdoor rug on upper deck would keep some of the rain from getting to table and chairs so you can still use in rain? Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Recovery Room to any of my friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at the RR for a week with our three children and had a great time! The property was very clean when we arrived. We were very happy to find that the pool area/hot tub area is not only gated off but also can be locked. This was a safety feature that was great for our family - as our children are younger. The upper deck was also gated off, which was great for our one year old to be able to run all around. The water slide was a huge hit with our older children! We loved the OP Beach Club. It was great being able to go to the beach and not have to search for parking. Thanks for opening up your beach home to us!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved staying at the recovery room for the week. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. We went for a girls vacation (6 of us) and the house was just the right size for us all. There was a lot of porch space which we really enjoyed. The use of the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. was a great added plus. Tim was a really great person to rent from. He helped me out when I had questions and was very accommodating. We hope to be back next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family really enjoyed the stay at the recovery room. The back yard set up was fantastic with a refreshing, fun pool and relaxing hot tub. My son had so much fun on the pool slide and riding the variety of bicycles in the garage. Our experience at the Ocean Pines Beach Club was great. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. This was one of the best vacations we have had in years. The owner delivered as promise! OMG is the only way to describe The Recovery Room. We have never stayed at a place at the beach where everything is provided. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, grill, etc. are only a few things we did not have to tote with us. The house was a great fit for our group and the kids practically lived in the pool. That slide really got a workout when we were there. We will definately be rebooking for next summer and hopefully a romantic getaway for Hubby and I in the fall. The Phillips Family was so accomodating and communicative before, during and after our stay. Our vacation was a complete pleasure!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is our second year staying at The Recovery Room. Hands down the best place to stay with the family! The home is tastefully decorated and always clean upon arrival. The Philip's provide everything you need (grill, bikes, beach chairs, toys, you name it!) and are just a phone call away should anything go awry. (like losing the house keys!) We were there a bit early this summer however that didn't stop the kids from starting off and ending their day in the pool. And the hot tub- well that is part of the recovery process for the adults! I would advise to get your reservations early because this one is always booked! Thank you Philip's family for once again opening your home to our family. The Collins'Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We love the beach and the location of our home is perfect as it is only a few miles from Ocean City. Ocean Pines has many amenities which we enjoy, especially the beach club. When we are not Beach Bumbs we both work full time and have two wonderful boys. It is our desire to offer you a wonderful vacation opportunity. We include many items not found in other homes and hotels. In May of 2009 we have purchased a brand new 6 person hot tub that we know you will enjoy. Why the Owner Chose Ocean Pines:
We purchased in Ocean Pines as we do not like the crowds found in Ocean City. We wanted a beach home that was in a safe and quiet location. Also we wanted a House not a condo which can cost a lot of extra money in fees. We enjoy riding our bikes around Ocean Pines, the waterfront is not far, and the parks are un crowded. The boat ramp is only a couple of minutes away as well. When we go to Ocean City we are only 5 minutes away and enjoy the Beach Clubs pool, showers, food bar, and ocean. Secrets night club is located directly accross the street from the beach club. Also for a couple of bucks we can leave the car at the beach club , grab the bus and go anywhere in oc. We also enjoy the abundance of wildlife located around our home, especially the birds.....
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The decks are great as well as the in ground swimming pool and 6 person hot tub. We can always find some sun or shade when we are staying at the home. If you are a nature buff, birds, squirrls, butterflys are all plentiful. Our location is at the end of a culdesac which is both safe and quiet. The A frame style of the home is different than most other homes making it unique. Our home sits back off the road about 75 feet offering more privacy than many other homes. Also its location offers safe areas for our children to play as there is no thru traffic.
We include many items in your rate such as Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, cooler, and Beach umbrella. Bikes, surf rods, crab steamer, etc...
